Not a bad store. Sunday around 12:00 noon, we were buying some needed ingredients for our hotdogs backyard cookout!

Bacon wrapped sausage, chips, hotdog buns, soda, etc. Quick stop. This is only our second time at this location in about 1 year lol.

Parking lot wasn’t bad, not crowded. The store is actually quite big, to my eyes lol. Well organized, looked cleaned.

We paid through the self check out to avoid the cashiers, but of course, it got stuck so the self check out staff had to come and fix it. She was quick and friendly. Very satisfied with that excellent interaction.

Kim 11/27 5:41 is not coherent enough to be able to work in a high paced environment. She delayed a busy line unnecessarily. Probably faster to drive farther out for a better experience

Edit: my family and I will not be supporting Ralphs/Kroger anymore. After a nasty exchange with the front end leader of this location, that sealed our commitment to not return. This was, granted, two months ago, but there's only so much expired products, outrageous pricing, and rude employees that a person can tolerate.

See those onions? That's been a common aspect almost every single week I make a trip here this entire year. The sheer fact that I can't somehow complain to regional for the outrageous prices across the store AND THE GALL to not have a stricter produce culling program is a disgrace. You, dear shopper, will ALWAYS have the choice, the right, and the good nature to decide where to spend your money and how. They are severely understaffed and no amount of "look at the variety we have" sort of marketing will deflect the fact that Kroger allows this absolute health hazard happen on a consistent basis (Vons ain't better either) and they continue to even remotely ASK you to pay for disgustingly high prices for YOUR commodities. It's absurd to think I can get half of my groceries for cheaper going to a store that ISN'T well known for groceries. I'll give you a hint, it starts with a big, red "T".

But the ginger is often rotted, onions and potatoes are attracting flies, and I remember when the reformat/expansion of products happened there was a 4 month expired jug of juice sitting on the shelf.

How magnanimous is it that I can go get Liquid Death, some wine gums, and bottle after bottle of restaurant brand condiments here yet we SOMEHOW can't nail the "fresh fare" nomenclature because our HARDIEST vegetables becoming a virtual apartment complex for bacteria and bugs?!

When it comes to Google rants, I'll wave off a bad service at a restaurant. I'll wave off a mistake I made with a business I wasn't fully emotionally committed on. But this is our groceries and in this financial world, I strongly think consumers need to be much more wary about a blatant neglect of the fact that WE pay through purchase and stock to keep Kroger afloat.

If it means I need to drive down the street or hop on the freeway for better prices, better produce, and a better business, I absolutely can and I absolutely will.

I absolutely LOVE this Ralph's. It's a large-format store with a large selection of fresh produce and other staples. Their staff is consistently helpful and go out of their way to provide exceptional service. I wish more Ralph's locations were on par with this Fresh Fare.

I used to love coming here for the convenience of the pickup order especially with a baby and a toddler. The pickup orders were always quick, easy, and accurate. For the past few weeks it has been very bad. I’ve been missing many items, sometimes even more than half my order. What’s going on?!

Large grocery chain store located in a plaza on the corner of S Weir Canyon Rd x S Serrano Ave.

They have a nice variety and quality of fresh produce, meats, dry goods, and household items. Their bakery selection is pretty good! Ralphs is HEAPS better than Vons down the hill in terms of quality and selection. Also love that they have self-checkout!

Wish their 'baggers' would actually help bag instead of standing around gossiping though.

? Their coupons are now all digital via their app. We always cross-check pricing with Vons for sales.

Called their deli department. It rang for 6 minutes then disconnected. Called back and selected customer service line and no answer or ability to leave a message then auto disconnected.

The parking lot feels safe, it is well lit and wide open. Pro-tip – the parking on the right side of the store is safe, close and usually pretty empty.

The store itself is clean, the shelves are full and organized. The grocers here seem to really care about their workplace. That is a testament to good management. Speaking of the grocers-

The grocers here are top-notch.

The people in the departments are helpful, the cashiers are friendly and talkative. I love running into Sandee, for example. She is always so warm and genuine. It doesn’t feel like the cashiers are being rushed or over-scrutinized by their management.

If I have occasion to catch somebody on the floor and ask them where something is – they will take me to it or find out where it is if they don’t know. For example, for some reason I was looking for caviar one night, I don’t know, maybe the wife wanted to try it or something. Well, I asked Marc where it is. Marc is a meat department guy who I nabbed while he was stocking meat. Marc did not know where the caviar was, which seemed odd to me because Marc is pretty well versed in the location of any item I’ve ever had to ask him for the location of. His brow furrowed as he thought, he said “come on” and we went. We went over to another grocer and Marc asked him where it is. Well, turns out they don’t carry the exact caviar food I was looking for, but the important thing is that Marc didn’t know – but he quickly found a solution for me.

The prices here seem to be better than at the other groceries in the area. If milk is a gauge of price, and I read somewhere that it is, then they have both the Pavilions and the Smart & Final down the road beat.
