Great store, I love that on Friday’s they have $5 bouquets of roses. Everyone at the pharmacy is so friendly and welcoming specially Sofia.

I dont mind self checkout for a few items, but when i have to do it for my entire weekly grocery run, i may as well order my groceries to be delivered. Itll be about the same cost and less annoying. The annoying part is that even with self checkout we havent seen a reduction in grocery cost

Today is Friday Oct 25, 2024. I didn't get the cashiers name but she was over self checkout @ Appx 6:45p. She is avg to tall. Reddish brown straight hair. She used to be nice but the last 3x I've been there, each time in self checkout, she has the worst annoyed, eye rolling, sighing attitude. Look I'm the one who should be annoyed because the registers NEVER recognize the U save clipped items so I needed her to manually put the correct price in each time.

Also A cashier named Augie is rude rude rude. He gives everyone a look of impatience. He sighs a LOT in front of the customers. Never smiles. Just rude. Geez!!!

I'm sick of the attitudes. Guess I'll take the drive to Ralph's or to Vons on Chapman where the people aren't so ugly acting. I'm sure Albertsons will never address these issues. Look at your reviews. Geez!!!

Finally gets self checkout, cranks the volume up to ear bleeding levels. Literally the worst thing early in the morning, or for anyone with autism. There’s no need for that to be so loud, whatsoever.

I come to this store ALL the time and have for over 20 years. I frequently must bag my own groceries because there is no one there to do it. Today, I had over $400 in groceries. I had to bag them myself and when I was done and went to pay, the manager checking me out said it was too late to enter my phone number and use my “deals” because he already started the checkout process. He said we could start over and re-do the whole order. Seriously?!? I am very disappointed and honestly don’t know if I will come back.

This store is ALWAYS hurting for checkers. Also, the amount of health conscious/ allergen sensitive foods are very limited at this location.

Update 8/17/21: nothing has changed. There are never more than two checkers at this location.

I've been shopping this store forever and all the employees are friendly and very helpful. I recently was shopping and saw a sale I very much wanted to take advantage of. It was closing time AND the final day of the sale. It was one of those sales where you need the app on your phone and you type your sale item in and blah blah blah. I'm an old goat and ain't real good with computer tech and all that. I was the last customer of the night and the store had just announced they were officially closed. Panicking, I'm trying to figure out how to get this digital coupon off this app and don't have a clue to what I'm doing. Augie, the store manager, was so patient and helpful and was more determined to make sure I got that sale price coupon off the app than I was. This manager has gone the extra mile for me time and time again. He even had ordered a couple of difficult to get items just for me during our covid fiasco. Yes prices are slightly higher at Albertsons but the customer service is outstanding. Thank you Augie! You're the best!

I live down the street from this establishment.i feel like the owner needs to up the pay of the employees as they all look pretty miserable. Pay them more dude! All the gallon jugs of water in the drink isle are bent as if someone took each gallon jug and dropped on its cap or slammed it around. The poultry from there is funky.
