I had the best experience with Kenny at this UPS Store! He made processing a bunch of Amazon returns and even a Spectrum equipment return so quick and seamless. Super friendly, efficient, and professional—he turned what could’ve been a chore into a breeze. Thanks, Kenny, and Happy Thanksgiving!

I ordered a completely wrong item on amazon and had to return it. Instructions said take it in the original box to any UPS store and have them scan the code, and all will be good. And that’s exactly how simple the process was. It was so easy to walk in, have them scan my code, and move on. I loved how fast the experience was.

Stopped in for an evening print job before teaching a class and received a kind greeting and awesome assistance from Oswaldo and Leilani. Even with other customers and drivers coming in and out of the store, I felt acknowledged and like a valued patron. My wait was brief. The staff at this store are generally friendly and efficient when I come in, and today's visit was no different. With the holidays approaching, I know they will do a great job getting people's stuff to and from its destination successfully. Happy this is my neighborhood UPS Store.

These guys were excellent. Super fast service and even went above and beyond to assist me in cutting my copies for me. I really do appreciate Waldo and T.J. this store is very lucky to have associates like them.
