Great choice to keep out of town travel simple. Van comes from Phoenix airport several times a day directly to the Groome location in downtown Prescott. Convenient pick up for out of town guests that cannot fly into Prescott airport. Approx $50 each way. Highly recommend.

I use Groome from Sky Harbor to Prescott and back about 4 times a year and have always had great experiences every time. From the drivers to the shuttles, to the reservation process online, and even my occasional call to their customer service department to change a reservation has always been fantastic. Highly recommended.

I've used Groome Creek transportation services for the commute from Prescott to Phoenix for the last year. You can't beat the price! Being reliable and the availability they offer make the trip to the airport less stressful. Clean and reliable fleet a plus!!You can even purchase a ticket as a open ended book anytime credit! We made our reservations back in April. They screwed up majorly saying we missed the 2:10pm pick up at Phoenix Airport, but our flight didn't even land until after 4pm. So now we have to wait for the 6:30pm shuttle. It's been an obnoxiously long day and here we sit waiting. We're definitely not happy with Groome

I am not sure why there are so many Karen's giving this place 1 star. My experience with Groome was fantastic, both going and coming! Both drivers were friendly and I felt safe in the van. Somebody mentioned music playing, just wanted to note that none of my drivers had the radio on. I will definitely use Groome again.

Driver was pleasant, helpful, engaging, and I couldn't have asked for more. My suitcase was especially heavy and he even put it in the back of our car for us. I hope to get him again sometime when visiting family in Arizona.

Driver should not take off sweater while driving especially in construction zone.

Asking for gratuity 3 times is a little/a lot too much. They ask for gratuity when booking reservation. There is a sign in the vehicle asking for gratuity and third I received a text asking how they did and again asked for a gratuity.

Call center was fantastic and helpful. A bit lost due to airport size. They spent two minutes on phone to direct me. I walked towards van and driver caught me . . Said " 10 more minutes for that one" early by 1 minute and he knew about my change in schedule to go EARLIER. If I lived here I'd want to work part-time just to do something!! Very impressed. The driver was very courteous and helpful. I can not say enough about these folks . . . I will use them again before leaving and pass out cards. Thank you Groome . . .
