Super kind, attentive and welcoming staff.
Good Vera Bradley and Tyler Candle Company selections. I would've liked some more Life is Good clothing available.
The pricing was a bit high especially on the Vera Bradley items which were 40% off, but still not as expensive as the Debbie's in Benton.
It's very hot in the store. Clean, cozy, spacious bathroom.

Great Hallmark store, now with new owners. Same staff, apparently, and same merchandise. Very helpful and knowledgeable clerks. They were out of an ornament we wanted, but offered to call other shop in this area to try and find it for us. We will return.

I had the worst experience in this store, these people watch you like your a common criminal. Then as I was leaving I was approached and questioned if I HAD TAKEN ANYTHING!! I have never been so embarrassed in public in all my life not only do I not need your high priced pieces of junk, nor do I need to steal them!!!! I will never return. Target is for me.

This store is so different from the Benton Hallmark store (they’re amazing in Benton!)! The lady who assisted me was unfriendly and rude (called what I was shopping for a fad that was out of style), seemed like she felt I was wasting her time and made me feel a little bit like a criminal when she wouldn’t even let me touch the ($1.25) charms I was looking at. I’d planned on doing quite a bit more shopping but after my interaction with her I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Don’t waste your time at this store, drive a few more minutes to Benton and they’ll take great care of you!

Everyone is so nice there! I step back in time when I visit. Staffing doesn't seem to be a problem because there is always someone there to greet me and assist me in finding whatever I'm looking for.

It's a gem of a store!
