J's Hallmark Shop

Only leaving them one star because that’s as low as google will let you give. That store (worker doesn’t even deserve that much) I was shopping with my 3 and 4 year old and one of the older ladies that worked there followed me around the store. Every time I would pick up something she would tell me not to break it or how much it cost and if I broke it basically I would have to pay for it. And the girls were playing with the stuffies and the old lady old them not to break it. I told her they were just kids. Trust me if I break it loss and damages will cover it. If not. I have money. They will never get my business again.

After reading the other reviews, I'm glad to see that the 2 old ladies aren't bigots, but instead just all around hateful people. My friend was being very polite and making small talk, and all of their responses were very rude and condescending. He even briefly mentioned it was his birthday, and they didn't even crack a smile, much less wish him a happy birthday. Just because you hate your life, doesn't mean you need to take it out on people who did absolutely nothing to you!

The past few times I have visited, the staff have been wonderful. I also love that Hallmark sends a coupon for a free card (under $2.99) each month and you only have to pay the taxes for it. Great incentive to make you come into the store to see all of their merchandise.

I’ve given this store multiple opportunities to earn my business. The ladies working the counter are cranky old ladies. They are snippy, full of attitude, and not in the holiday spirit. I’m blown away they don’t have more 1 star reviews. Get some workers that treat you with kindness as you shop the store.

Nice Hallmark Gold Crown store. They've got a good, fully stocked collection of cards, as well as selling other little knickknacks. The woman at the front desk was nice as well.

I had a most pleasant experience shopping at Rogers Hallmark. The two employees at the register were so friendly and helpful. Their names were Kayla and Mateo. They went out of their way to help find different items and be helpful. I rate them excellent employees. I have been doing business at Rogers Hallmark for years and always appreciate it.

I was excited to learn that we still have a Hallmark store in northwest Arkansas. That excitement quickly dwindled upon actually visiting the store. I tried unsuccessfully for two straight days to get someone at this location to answer the phone to verify that what they show online is in stock in the physical store. The phone would ring twice and then go to a busy signal. After looking at the website one more time, I drove the 20 minutes from my work to the store to pick up an ornament. Their website said they had five remaining. When I arrived, the store was disarrayed and depleted of stock. The explanation I was given was that the website is never up to date, or they must have sold all their stock of ornaments that I was looking at within 20 minutes. The older woman who works there is less than helpful, and verges on rude. I feel sorry for the two younger women who have to work with her. I will not be shopping there again.

They had a large selection of Valentine cards. I not only found the Valentines I needed but also anniversary cards. They had cute Valentine gifts that I could not pass up. I like shopping at this store because the employees are friendly and welcoming as well as available if you need help, but they let you take your time shopping to find the right card without being disturbed. Checkout is always quick and easy and parking is usually near the store. It's nice to shop in one store to get nice cards, giftwrap and gifts in one stop.
