I came in with my boys to find stuff for my wife’s birthday but two older ladies that worked there turned me off. One with an annoying voice followed me around or seemed to be at every corner telling me about stuff I’m trying to look at and wouldn’t leave me alone. I’m trying to have an experience with my boys to pick out presents or cards for mom but being followed took away the fun. She was distracting. The other older lady with glasses was rude to one of the girls working there in front of customers. I just left and found cards at the hallmark across the street and found gifts elsewhere. I don’t know if it’s their version of great customer service but it was overbearing. I am not a thief nor am I incompetent on knowing what to buy my wife. Seriously ladies back off! Not ever attempting to shop there again

Excellent selection of cards, gift supplies, T-shirts, and more. Glad I discovered it! There's a US Mail drop box just outside, and a "contract" postal office inside.

Employees offered to sell me the last ornament off the wall and while my card was IN THE CHIP READER, a manager named (I believe) Katie zoomed in and denied my purchase for some baloney reason.

I was running short on time for a birthday party and Linda was kind enough to allow me to wrap my gift in the store. She even went over and above and wrapped each piece for me making the gift bag look super cute. What an asset! Thank you for the excellent customer service

Horrible experience. I was followed around the store by very pushy sales people. Then at the same time being accused of stealing and a passive aggressive intergation . No one is trying to steal from Hallmark. It's super religious and they will make you feel uncomfortable. Never again!
