A very densely packed bookstore, a treasure trove of long forgotten antique tomes and literary relics! Had a very pleasant conversation with who I believe runs the bookstore. Definitely worth poking around if you’re in the area

How in the world did I let this used bookstore slip under the radar? It's been here for 20 years? What? I feel so ignorant! We do not have many independent bookstores around anymore so to find this literally sparked joy!

Glad husband and I had a chance to wander through this wonderland of books. There are a lot to dig, for sure. All genres! We spent a good hour there, most of it conversing with the owner, Thomas. He is really nice and knows his books for sure! It was super cool getting to know him in such a short period of time.

Anyway, I guarantee that you will walk out with a book in hand! I found a couple books...this should keep me busy for a little bit, lol. Husband, of course found a few too, for his library. Every time I mention "let's go the bookstore", husband would always frown because we have so many books! I would respond, "would you rather me shop for another handbag?" LOL. Yea...I didn't think so.

Reading is fundamental. Keep on reading and exploring and discovering new stories and adventures in a book near you. Come and support this local bookstore and keep it alive. We need them as much as they need us.

I love Booktown! Thomas, the owner, is so knowledgeable and helpful when you need something. But, he leaves you to browse in peace. Prices are very reasonable, and he has a good selection in most areas. Booktown is the place I go first!

This is my favorite place in America. With all the corporate bookstore takeovers, this spot has the inertia a bookstore needs. The owner Thomas, and I have a shared aesthetic of what makes a bookstore amazing; and if you aren’t stepping over boxes, or using chairs to stand on to find your next gem to read, you aren’t in a bookstore. One of the last great places to escape is inside of literature, and this spot is the perfect place to find your next great read. I recommend this store to all, and I am proud to call Thomas my friend.

This is a really lovely store. The owner is kind and helpful. We stopped here to get out of the rain and left with several really neat older books.

The owner, Tom, is such a genuinely kind person. His bookstore is incredible and although a lot of the books are definitely older - almost all of them are in amazing shape! Literally the shelves are packed with books, from the floor up to the ceiling. I always spend at LEAST 2+ hours going through the aisles. I can’t even count how many times I leave with more books than I can carry to my car! I’d recommend this book store to anyone and everyone!
