All Points stood me up for a scheduled ride. Then they dropped me at the hospital and wouldn't come get me. I had to walk 2 miles with extremely severe spinal stenosis and a butchered total knee replacement. I have a bulging disc which flattens my spinal cord, causing me agony if I walk. Their driver, Cynthia, had to go back and get a senior citizen after she couldn't find her house. She just left her and drove 20 miles to the grocery store. She regularly speeds, travels the wrong direction down streets and when we point it out, she comes to a full stop in the middle of the street and yells at all of us. All of their drivers speed on a regular basis because management pushes them to be faster, faster. We have 2 wheelchair bound passengers on our regular route and they don't allow extra time for the lift, the straps and anchoring. One day, the schedule required the driver to pick-up 3 of us from 3 different locations, miles apart, at the same time in order to maintain the schedule and not get in trouble with management. If anyone complained about the horrible treatment we received, management instructed them to remind us that All Points Transit is a non-profit.
The final straw: Cynthia launched off a 2-foot drop off at excessive speed, where pavement had been removed on the highway, causing a bulging disc in my spine to rupture. Gary Clark, the director, punished me by refusing to transport me again after I wanted to file a claim with their insurance carrier. They refuse to contact the 3 witnesses on the bus to get their statements. Their insurance carrier also refuses to contact the 3 witnesses. The 3 witnesses are senior citizens and have reached out to me in concern, knowing I am stranded without any public transportation. They know that I can't get potable water or groceries. They are also concerned that they will be retaliated against, as well, and refused transportation. It has been 6 weeks since the bus accident, and I still have not been contacted by the insurance company, only my fellow passengers.

These folks are a real gem! It is surprising to find mass transit at all in a town. The size of Montrose Colorado much less of this quality. They do not run on weekends or at night, but the five stars are for the fact that we even have transit here for one thing, and the fact that the folks are just so good and decent. On top of that, with the new express running to Olathe and Delta every hour from 7:00 to 5:00 and soon from what I hear to run also to Ouray, this is becoming a regional transit service in an area where one is much needed. Growth has been such in this region of the country the last few years that any efforts toward diminishing traffic and offering freedom of movement to folks who are otherwise constrained by finances or disabilities is most welcome. And this town is small enough that the drivers know you by name and are genuinely kind and courteous by nature.

I actually called them twice and no one answered the phone. Left messages both times regarding a ride I needed. Both times I never received a call back.
And I had called both the Delta and Montrose locations.

Affordable way to get around town. Also offers services from Delta, Montrose and Ridgway. So it's a great way to get from town to town too.
