Great motel! The rooms were very nice, clean and modern. Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure and towels were soft. Hotel staff were always nice and very helpful with food and entertainment places to try. They only have muffins and danish for breakfast due to space, but there's places to go fairly close to eat so it's fine. Definitely will stay there again.

This motel was quant and homey. It is in a beautiful location. The mountains are right outside and it is centrally located in Manitou Springs. My partner and I walked everywhere. There are several good eats and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfy. We will absolutely stay here again.

I would give this motel ten stars. I've never stayed in a better prepared room; it was SPOTLESS! Great customer service, comfortable bed, great location, and reasonable rates.

The management is absolutely fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable about Manitou Springs and the surrounding areas. The rooms are absolutely immaculate and clean;always. It’s a short walk to downtown Manitou Springs. It might be called a “motel” however I view this most comfortable place as a Hotel. When in Manitou Springs, stay no where else. The Villa Motel. Immaculate, clean and like home.

We have been going to Colorado Springs for years. This hotel has a GREAT location, within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants & entertainment of Manitou Springs! There is a public transit bus stop, literally across the street, which is super convenient! We utilized the bus for the incline. ||The hotel itself is clean, has comfortable beds, is quiet and has an outdoor pool and hot tub. The pool was closed for the season, but the hot tub was open! Too cold for us, but others were enjoying it, and it would be a great place to spend some time in the warmer months! ||The front desk staff were very friendly. There is a light breakfast…nothing fancy, but it did its job! We will definitely return! Our stay was great!

We reserved our room through trip advisor while driving to the area. When we arrived there was their yearly Halloween celebration going on in town and the roads were very busy and crowded. We finally found the motel and were able to find one parking spot in the lot. We checked in and found out we’re on second floor with no elevator. And the staircase to the second floor was exceedingly narrow and old! Even with out your luggage two people would have difficulty passing one another on these stairs. Rooms are very dated. And they are dark and dingy. But it was clean. Lots of noise from street and our fellow residents of the motel were in full party mode, which made rest that night near impossible. To add insult to injury, the water just quit in the sink for about two hours before it came back on. Luckily we had freshened up earlier. Breakfast served in lobby. Instant oatmeal, toast sweet rolls and coffee. |And on top of that we were charged $5 for parking in their lot!!!

Best motel ive ever been to super clean showers are nice beds are comfortable i had absolutely 0 complaints and I've been in some of the worst motels. Not to mention the deposit was returned quickly after checkout I would highly recommend. I'm 18 and I travel a lot and almost every hotel is 21+ so the cheap room with expensive hotel quality was awesome!

Very reasonably priced! The room is very large and spacious! The beds are really comfortable and very clean! They have a very friendly staff, a nice small free breakfast and a cute pool and hot tub. Also, it’s a couple minute walk to cute shops and great restaurants and bars!
