1 star as the mattress was reasonably comfortable and checkin person was friendly. People stay at Best Western for the predictable and consistent experience of a chain motel. Typically the rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean.
This is the worst one I’ve ever seen!
Broken window, bathtub faucet broken. Old bottle of baby shampoo on the floor in the bathroom. No bedspread or comforter. Only a thin blanket and sheet. You can hear every word of people talking in the hallway or outside the building. People in the neighboring room said their toilet was clogged when they checked in.
At breakfast, we went at 7:35 and there was one serving of eggs and potatoes left. No meat. No juice. Only 1/2 inch of milk in the pitcher. Only fruit was a couple of apples. No employees in sight.
This place is terrible!!

My Family and I had a great stay at this location. The rooms were very clean and the service was amazing. Stevie (GM) and Emalyn went above and beyond for our entire visit. They even made recomendations to restuarants and activites in town to see. I see some less than stellar reviews on here and I am shocked? My reccomendation is if you have any issues, to let Stevie know and she will do everything in her power to make it right! Great Job Ladies!!!

Great stay during Christmas. Friendly staff, very welcoming - had suggestions for dinner and what was open during the holidays. Rooms were clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but had what we needed. Breakfast was good - my son loved the little waffles.

Stayed one night in October 2024. The hotel is older, about 40 - 50 years, and has not been heavily renovated. The rooms are fine but the grounds are neglected. My room looked out on a weed strewn back area.

There is a small pool and hot tub, although the HT was not functioning during my visit. The morning breakfast was also fine, the usual fare. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Overall this place is fine for a one or two night stay - just passing through. Would not recommend if you're staying longer. It felt overpriced by about $40-50 a night.

My family had a great experience staying here. The customer service was amazing, the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was surprisingly good! We will definitely be staying here again.

We got exactly what we wanted. The young lady at the front desk her name is steevi was absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good and it was amazing being able to sit in the hot tub and relax definitely be coming up staying again

Worst Best Western I've ever been to. Needs to be updated, make your repairs! The hotel has 2 separate buildings. Be cautious, as it's not advertised that way. I recommend any elderly people stay in the front office building. The front building has the breakfast area. Back building has the NON-WORKING hot tub and pool. In my room, the towel rack holder by shower fell off the wall once I went to hang my dry towel on. The toilet is the same height as the bathtub. A Tranquility shower. The other 2 parties that were with me had issues also. One had the hair dryer spark, and them huge smoke came out of it. The other party issue was that the TV did not work. Continental breakfast is waffles, powder eggs, ore cooked bacon , or sausage depending on the day. Potatoes, yogurt, bread, bagels, 2 kinds of cereal, package oatmeal. No plates, bowls only. The place is clean. They do not clean your room
if you are staying multiple days. So, if you want it done daily, let them know. The same goes with the towels. Make sure you don't get "stained" towels. The safe in our room was broken into. Prices are real fair. So if you don't expect or need much, it's a place to stay. But if you want more than that, I would pass.

It cost over $300 for 2 nights and it was by far the worst hotel experience we've had in many years of traveling.
We arrived just after 9 pm and there was no one at check-in. There was a note that said the staff was taking out the trash and they'd be right back. After about 5 minutes of waiting we starting looking around and walked the property for the next 25 minutes trying to find someone. We called every number available and the reservations line that also couldn't reach anyone at the hotel. The office and laundry rooms were wide open and no one present. We walked through both buildings, checked the pool area, all around the parking lot and by the dumpsters, literally everywhere we could. There was no staff on the premises at all. Finally just after 9:30 pm the front office gal walked through the front doors and said she had to take the trash to the Arby's dumpsters rather than use those on the property and that trash got on her hands so she went in Arby's to cleanup (which didn't make any sense vs returning to the hotel to wash her hands and we learned the next night that the Arbys lobby is locked and closed that time of night so no idea where she was).

Neither the pool nor hot tub were heated, literally ice cold. The hot tub was filthy with visible dirt floating and in the bottom of it.

The breakfast was out of eggs and sausage and after 25 minutes we were able to find the manager on staff and he said he'd get more but that it would be another 10 minutes so we just headed out and ate on the road. The following morning, same thing, food ran out but there was a gentleman trying to stock things and just wasn't able to handle the amount of people .

The shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty and the shower had not been cleaned well as there were hair shavings and long hairs on the sides.

There were only 2 bath towels in the room despite our reservation being for 3 people.

The air conditioner unit needs replaced, the fan makes a high pitched squeal that wasn't tolerable to listen to so we kept it off and were just hot instead as there was no other room available for us to switch rooms.

We talked to the general manager about the concerns with check in and he was trying to reach the regional manager to see what they could do to "make it right". When we checked out he wasn't there and there was no credit on our account.
