I love Simply Auto Riverside!! I can get in quickly when I need something done, everyone is very nice, and they explain everything to me completely. They have never tried to upsell me on things I don’t need, but they thoroughly go over my car every visit and let me know if it is time for a service. I highly recommend them!!

I'm really happy with my experience, Alex made me feel welcome and well taken care of during my whole experience. My problem was fixed and the price was good. I'm very happy. Nathe was the mechanic, my car (Nissan Versa 2017) had the check engine light on and the code was for a sensor replacement, when he inspection my car deeply he found that the sensor was connected to a light bulb and the light bulb was burned out, so at the end my car only needed a light bulb replacement hahaha, other mechanics around town told me I needed a new car! My total that day was about $180 or so, really happy with my experience and will definitely go back.

I had a great experience with True Automotive. I called them last minute while on my way to Glenwood Springs to get my tires replaced (at Discount Tire) and they were able to accommodate me immediately with other much needed repairs. Michael (service manager) was so professional, kind and knowledgeable…. And the mechanic (forgot his name) was very patient with me and explained what needed to be done in detail. In addition, their pricing was very reasonable. I found them to be trustworthy as well. This will now be my go-to mechanic!

TRUE Automotive is a life saver. We were on a road trip and it is thousands of miles from home. The mechanic was able to quickly diagnose and fixed the problem. We are able to be on the road again in less than an hour. All the staff there are friendly and helpful. The waiting area is so welcoming and comfort. They even provided snacks and drinks, as well as charging station for your electronics in the waiting area.

Amazing service! I just moved to the valley and brought my car here to get my battery changed. They got me in a couple hours after I called, and everything was taken care of so fast! Everyone is so nice and made sure I was all taken care of. Will be back for any car needs for sure!

The folks at True Automotive are trustworthy and so accommodating. They do not try to upsell you yet do a thorough inspection of your vehicle. The office is comfortable and offers coffee and snacks if you need to wait for your vehicle. And everyone is so nice 👍

Came into shop to get an estimate on rear wheel bearings that we’re making noise. Not only did they diagnose in a timely manner at no cost, but were honest enough to let me know that only one side needed to be replaced. Said they could start on it immediately and have ready by end of day!
