This was our first experience staying in Georgetown and we picked Rose Street B&B because of its proximity to old downtown Georgetown, it's price per night and the pictures we saw online. We were not disappointed! In fact we had an awesome stay. Justin and Jamie were fantastic hosts. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. We stayed in the Fall River Room. Breakfast each morning was prepared fresh and at the time we requested. Breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully. Coffee was fresh and each day there were homemade snacks along with hot or cold beverages if wanted.
You could make yourself at home in multiple rooms like the reading room that also feature a vintage record player with some vintage vinyl and books in case you forgot one. TV room has smart TV and comfy chairs and the living room had a fireplace where you could cozy up with a nice glass of wine and just relax.
We just can't say enough about what a wonderful stay we had and would highly recommend Rose Street to anyone looking for a nice place to stay with a quaint atmosphere. And if you want a place to stay that is close to Loveland Ski area this is perfect for you.

Booked this room for a friends wedding and had to cancel due to a family member unexpectedly entering the hospital and then hospice. Tried to cancel two days in advance and the owner was unbelievably rude and denied us any refund citing their 72 hour policy with “no exceptions” even though she was the owner. Has already charged my credit card even though our reservation is for tomorrow night, and cancelled the room, my guess is so they can make money off someone else reserving it. Never had so rude of an interaction with a hotel employee in my life.

Arrival seamless. Our Red Mountain Suite room was exactly as described on the web site. Nice comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Two sitting chairs in our room. Nice breakfast was served each morning of our stay, at the exact time as agreed to. Very simple and accommodating process communicating with Jaime.
Hosts went above the norm and texted us while we were stranded in a thunderstorm, as we were at the steam train attraction.
We walked there, never accounting for the weather that can move in quickly there.
They offered to drive up and grab us in the storm.
Nice touch, very thoughtful.
Would recommend this establishment highly!

This is the first Bed and Breakfast that I've ever been to and I had such a great stay. Jaime is a really sweet host and she makes a wonderful breakfast. I'm not sure how often it's a menu item, but I highly recommend the peach waffles. They were sooooo good!

Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality. This is an amazing gem of Georgetown.

Poor Communication, Lack of Customer Service, & Strict Cancellation Policy. I booked a room through Rose Street's website and unfortunately had to cancel the following day. I immediately sent an email which was not followed-up with. A couple days later, I was able to call where I found out about a 72-hour cancellation policy (which was not clear during the booking process). While I was trying to explain my situation I was told (multiple times) "I didn't make this reservation for you" and "if you want to be rude you can leave a review" which seemed like unnecessary comments. While I'd normally advise booking through the direct website, maybe a large booking website has a more lenient and clear cancellation policy. While Rose Street might be a delightful place, the customer service I received was anything but.

Rose Street Bed & Breakfast is an awesome accommodation while in the Georgetown, CO area. Jaime is a superb host, and has thought of everything to welcome your stay - from the period furniture, warm cookies upon arrival, to the sugar scrub! The house is on the National Historic Registry and is just beautiful. We loved the pump organ, the record player, the assortment of games available and the lovely outdoor seating area. Our breakfast was delicious and is was so much fun to talk with Jaime! We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all Rose Street B&B had to offer. Georgetown is a wonderful area to stay in, relatively close to the ski areas and is right off of I-70—yet you would never know that when you are in this quaint, historic town. It is also the gateway to Guanella Pass Scenic Byway. We will definitely return! Loved every second of our stay!

We just spent a night at this B&B, and we couldn't have been happier. ||The home itself was built in 1887 making it historically interesting. It has been completely renovated and modernized while still keeping its historical feel.||Justin, one of the owners, greeted us when we checked in, showed us the property, and made us feel like his home was our home. We were welcome to use just about anything other than the stove itself. ||The downstairs area was decorated impeccably, with lots of little touches here and there. They have a turntable with dozens of vinyl albums and a pump organ that we were free to use. There are several rooms that you can sit and relax in, and a TV room with a large flat screen TV.||The room was very pleasant and kept at a comfortable temperature for sleeping. It had a killer bathtub and shower. ||Jaime, the other owner, was friendly and fun to talk to in the morning while she was cooking our delicious (and ample) breakfast.||All in all, this is one of our best B&B experiences ever!

My daughter and I just returned from a lovely stay in this beautiful Victorian style home. So much more welcoming than a bland hotel. We loved the Red Mountain Suite, especially the awesome bathroom! The bed & pillows were comfy and everything was clean. There is nice decor throughout the home. We might have spent more time in the common rooms, however, the furniture was either not very comfortable or tired and in need of an update, along with the carpeting. We did enjoy the awesome kitchen. They allowed us use of the refrigerator, microwave and dish ware, which I greatly appreciated. I can only give 4 Stars mainly due to one disappointment. Their website states: “At 3pm daily we will present chef’s choice of specialty snacks in the dining room.” This did not occur. There was a plate of cookies present our first day that remained for the 3 days of our stay. Albeit this failed to meet our expectations, we still very much enjoyed our visit.
