I had an incredible experience at Fascinations in Glendale, Colorado, thanks to Cat! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. I felt a bit like I wasn’t able to fully shop and experience the store. In a 15min time span, I was asked 4-5 times if I needed help and it kind of made the vibe weird especially when it felt like staff was 5ft away whenever I was looking at different things. It was weird. Also I was told that I could not stack my dancer discount with my $10off bday coupon even though I was buying dancer shoes. I wish I felt comfortable returning to the location.

Kli had amazing knowledge about the products they sell here, took her time answering all my questions and helped me pick out amazing new toys that I ended up loving a lot , at the same time helping other customers ! She made me feel comfortable enough to ask the risqué questions I usually don’t . I felt secure and understood by Kli. Highly recommend speaking to her at this location ! 10/10 I’m definitely going to keep coming to this store now .

I had an annoying experience here with one of the I’m assuming new managers Wren , she kept following me around constantly asking me questions when I knew what I was looking for . They were always by me and didn’t let me shop alone, when they did start talking it was taking so long that I didn’t want to be in the store anymore and I was ready to spend a good amount of money. I like this store and I’ve been coming here a long time but I didn’t appreciate them following me around doing nothing . I bought what I already had in my hand which took way longer to check out than it should have and left without the rest of the things I went there for . At some point I thought she was flirting cause she wouldn’t leave me alone which I would not have liked

I've been to this location a couple of times with my partner and each time the staff have been incredibly kind and informative! The selection is quite large and they'll let you know if they have what you're looking for and even if they don't they'll give you an idea of something close. I've never felt uncomfortable or awkward in this store and the staff definitely make it that way. We always end up spending an hour plus in here because of the great conversation, even though it's a bit of a drive this is the only place I'll go for new toys.

Always such a fun experience here! Everyone is so kind and lovely to chat with. And super informative. Learned a lot even when I said “nah” because they thought it was important to tell me certain things as a customer. Super cute lingerie too!!
