I used rooftop defense specifically for their advertised processing time. Everyone else said processing of 3-5 days before it ships. I found rooftop defense and they said same day processing if ordered by 3 pm central time. Well, let me tell you, I ordered at about 10pm, and I kid you not they had the item processed and ready to ship by 1 am. Email was sitting in my inbox letting me know it was shipping. Every other reputable site needs 3-5 days to print a label and box up my stuff, rooftop defense needed 3 hours. This is phenomenal service! I wrote them saying i don't mean to be a jerk, but i need this shipped asap, and oh boy did they come through. They treated me like a VIP and it's my first order with them... it will most definitely not be my last! I hate that they are buried in the Google searches, this is fantastic customer service and they have earned my businesses and more. They seem to have a great inventory, even had my item which was out of stock at silencer shop. They will be my first stop next time I'm in need.

Great selection and service. Delivery time 3 days order to door. Will definitely look at Rooftop Defense before any other for all my shooting accessories and a cup of Ramen to boot. How the hell do you beat that! Cheers.

Sol and Abbie are the absolute best. From communication to execution you cannot beat their customer service and operations. If I could give 100 stars it still wouldn't be enough for this dynamic duo. Kudos to both of you for the work, communication, and dedication to the 2A community. If you are on the fence about Rooftop Defense, climb down, and pull the trigger, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve made a few purchases from Rooftop now, and they have lightning speed delivery every time. I got a complete BCM blem lower and some Unity optic mounts. Everything came as expected, everything is authentic and great quality. Sol and Abbie have a great selection of quality gear, and also send awesome notes, a tasty treat, and a pocket Constitution in every order. 10/10. Buy with confidence.

Rooftop has been EXCEPTIONAL to work with. I'm a dealer, I have access to plenty of markets, and I still come back here for things I can't get anywhere else. Sol is awesome to work with. Everything ships quickly, he(Roofop) responds quickly to messages, prices are fair, I could keep going... but you should absolutely send your business here. Rooftop has been everything I would hope a shop could be.

Rooftop Defense has quickly become one of my favorite places to shop for firearms and accessories. I mean, what's not to like, you talk about not sleeping much, not many sleep less then me yet I placed a order late Sunday fully expecting a label made on Monday, yet a few hours later I get the email saying it's created and on it way!

If I didn't get a discount though a different distribution center I would order everything though you guys!
