Finally got to make it in this gun shop the other day and enjoyed my experience. Huge and well stocked store. Employees were friendly but not overbearing. More pistols and hunting rifles than tactical stuff but there was a bit of everything. I particularly enjoyed the rifles on the walls that could be closely inspected. I don’t follow price trends too close but they seemed around fair. Overall really nice shop, I’ll definitely be back!

I greatly appreciate the total honesty and professional knowledge of these great folks. I showed up close to closing time looking for a sight for a new air gun. Rather than selling me a scope, the sales man candidly told me that I would have serious problems mounting one of his firearms engineered scopes on my air gun. His total honesty and 100 percent concern for my needs and well being over simply making a sale is what all great businesses are made of!!

1) Kevin was phenomenal! Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Guy deserves a raise. Went above and beyond to help me with all questions and my purchase in the end. Also was super helpful to other customers while also helping me. Grade A high quality service!

I paid this place a visit not once but twice, and had whole intentions on purchasing a firearm. Was completely ignored. There was four gentlemen just standing in the center BSing with each other. I stood at the display next to an employee who was conversating with someone else about personal things. The employee never looked at me, never asked if I needed anything. When he finished his conversation with whomever he was talking to, he just walked away from me. That's twice this has happened. I buy a lot of guns, I worked with firearms as an instructor the majority of my career. I'm new to Hot Springs and so I was looking for a local place to buy and also inquire about future business for online purchases, NFA items, etc. . I give up on Aregos. I don't know if they profile people and assume they can't afford anything or don't know anything? Because they sure didn't make me feel welcomed or like a customer. I can't recommend them to anyone. It was uncomfortable and not pleasant.

The Staff at Aregos is excellent.
They always look for the best firearm and the best price that fits the customer.
Aregos also services the firearms or will send the firearm out for repair to the company who manufactured the firearm.
If I buy any firearm, it is from Aregos “ Best Guns, Best Prices”!

coolest stuff

Didn’t have the best experience, they are stiff on prices. Also not the most friendly of guys when they find out your not gonna buy at the moment. Be careful on buying used, their prices are way too high on some of them.

I have been in aregos three times. I have never had a single employee ask me if I needed help. I never even been spoke to. I buy a lot of guns but it won’t be from aregos.
