Based our two experiences, We highly recommend Roll Durango for e-bike rentals and more. Claire truly wants to put a smile on your face and is very patient in showing beginners the ins & outs of e-biking. AND, training time does not eat into your rental time… the clock begins only when you’re comfortable to ROLL!

Very highly recommend Roll Durango for e-bike rental. They offer high end e-bikes which are very smooth, light, solid, and easy to operate and ride. MUCH better than e-bikes I’ve rented elsewhere. Claire handles the rental process in a very sweet and personable fashion covering every aspect of operation and safety. Plus she gave us very helpful directions about various riding trail options. It led to a lovely and fun day for us. Can’t go wrong with this choice!

My husband and I rented e-bikes and rode the trails along the Animas River in late September. Nice bikes, nice trails and beautiful scenery….it was a fun adventure!! But I must say the icing on the cake was the gourmet lunch they prepared for us to eat at our leisure…delicious and plenty of picnic spots to enjoy. Roll was so accommodating and we would not hesitate to rent there again!!

The combo package (biking, lunch, and SUP down the river) was the perfect way to spend an afternoon (5 hours) in Durango! The e-bikes have as much or as little assistance as you want (some assistance or boosting is nice up the hills). Going up to Fort Lewis College is nice and then you can fly down the hill on the way back down ha! Sitting along the river is very nice. I would recommend lunching near White Rabbit Books + Curiosities where they have some games to play outside, ice cream, and books of course! the paddle boarding is very calm and relaxing. No rapids whatsoever. You can do the paddle boarding sitting down the whole way if you prefer but it’s calm enough you can stand if you want! Only other tip is to wear sunscreen! The sun is stronger here than you may think 😅

We had a great time. First time ever with an e-bike for an older couple. The owner explained everything in great detail taking a good amount of time. Letting us practice. Brought the bikes to our hotel and then picked them up when we were done. Bike was in excellent new condition no problems. Would do it again.

Recent trip to Durango and needed something fun for all of us to do- called and rented electric bikes! It was a blast and fun was had by all! Even our daredevil who broke his arm day prior got to go on the tandem seat behind dad!! Great customer service, very nice bikes- we truly had a blast!
