Let me start by saying I have never written a review before ever for anything…. If this is too long to read, do yourself and your family a favor and choose ANY other hotel in the area. First of all, if you have pets understand it will be $20 PER pet PER night, I was blindsided with that as they make you pay that fee separately when you arrive. Next, the rooms were incredibly filthy. I have stayed in motels in the middle of nowhere Missouri cleaner than here… The floors will make you feet/socks BLACK.. and the beds… the sheets were stained to high heaven (I even asked for clean replacement sheets and they were stained too) the mattress covers themselves are so stained with God knows what…. Also, if you take a hot shower even just for 10 minutes it will set your rooms fire alarm off and it is piercing. Finally, this particular block is sketchy at night (coming from someone who lived in midtown St. Louis for over 4 years) especially this hotel. People are hanging outside/in their cars for hours especially at night. So if you have a pet or children it is worrisome to take them out at night in fear of being followed or harassed. Manitou Springs is gorgeous though we had a great time not being in the hotel. I would seriously not bring your pets or children here. Might be okay option if you are okay with dirty rooms and are able to watch out for yourself.

My husband and I stayed here October 17-20 for our 4 year anniversary. It was a very nice, quiet, and safe place to stay. The room was clean and very spacious. Both of the employees at the front desk we spoke with were very nice and accommodating. Jose (the night front desk worker) was helpful, and answered any and all questions we had. There is no front desk person after 11:00 pm, but the managers number is posted and stays on sight if needed.

Great stay! Staff was kind and accommodating. Room was very spacious and recent updates are clean and tasteful. Pet fee was 20 a dog which I found very reasonable. Breakfast was decent, biscuits and gravy was much needed after a fun Manitou wedding. Thank you for getting us and the pups checked in a little early.

Very disappointed with the Manitou Springs, CO Quality Inn & Suites. It does not meet the standard of other Quality Inn’s we have stayed at, including not having 24-hour staff on site. From my credit card statement, it appears to have been an EconoLodge at one time. While the room was clean, the attempt to update and renovate is lacking. The painted walls had missed spots and holes where something had been previously hung. The new Bathroom sink faucet wasn’t tight and moved when you turned the water on. Had to go ask for the missing soap for the sink & shower. The sink area of the bathroom was huge, while the toilet and shower shared a closet space. You had to step into the shower or squeeze yourself between the wall and toilet to close the door. Rather than fix the shower ceiling it was just painted over. The work in this room was obviously done haphazardly. While the bed was nice and firm, the comforter needed a good wash to remove stains. The breakfast never changed during our stay. The hot items were the same every day. There was never any fresh fruit and by the end of our stay the Bagels were going stale. As the old saying goes “If you can’t do a good job, then don’t do it at all.”

Generally positive stay. Rooms were clean and very large for a typical motel. Close to Manitou Springs restaurants, this was a stop over after a late flight snd a drive to the mountains.
Only complaint? The breakfast room was icy cold, so not really able to enjoy a coffee and brekkie. We had to take it back to the room

Clean rooms, rooms are all new and redone. Good breakfast! Great view of the mountains. Close to good restaurants. Also the king size bed room we had was very large!

Stay here, I mean it! The rooms are so so clean and just updated, and the customer service is stellar. This Quality Inn made what should have been a stressful trip, into a relaxing getaway. Thanks y'all 😊

Great place within walking distance to nice little restaurants and great parks and trails with spectacular views! Manitou is a lovely little town. My room was very tidy, and I enjoyed 4 nights there with no issues at all. Management very friendly and accommodating. I was a late check in after hours but they were able to help me! I recommend this place and will stay here again if I happen to travel back to CO Springs again.
