I go there all the time and it’s way better with the new management and cleanliness is spot on. You get the incense aroma right when u enter. They have really nice jewelry and dresses are amazing! I recently had my visit and got some cute bracelets and some crop tops. Definitely stopping next time!

Rachel was so awesome and accommodating to my family. My sister needed to breastfeed and it was so hot out. She let her come in the store and be comfortable. She gave her a chair and ice water. She also was very knowledgeable about the beautiful items in the store and even demonstrated things for us. Come to the store for beauty and stay for the friendly service.

First off I want to say as soon as I entered this lovely shop I immediately felt calm and at peace. It's wonderful in there. There is so many nice items to choose from. And the man that helped us was very nice. We will for sure come back!

This is my favorite store in Manitou Springs! It was my first time in this area. Rachael, saleswoman, was so friendly, courteous, caring and knowledgeable! This is the kind of person you want to connect with in a store, or anywhere. I will never forget her friendliness and look forward to returning next year!

My very pregnant daughter and I, pushing a baby stroller, liked a shirt hanging outside the store. We entered and asked the tall, thin balding salesperson sitting down if he had that shirt in a larger size, as the one on display was a S/M. He looked at my daughter, up and down, and said sarcastically, "Absolutely NOT," as he snickered at her belly. I almost confronted him for his rudeness, as we walked out. But writing a terrible review of the store, alienating new prospects, was probably better. Advice: mocking pregnant women with body shaming won't help your sales. You could have just checked for a larger size, as requested. Or just smiled, explaining there was no larger size in inventory and wishing her luck on the new arrival. Kindness always wins.
