I don’t know if everyone realizes how many resources are available through this local library. I recently put an ebook on hold and needed help accessing the book on my Libby app. The librarian at the reference desk solved my problem and was willing to patiently walk me through steps to success. There is access to online films and documentaries that are difficult to find elsewhere. Seriously, check it out.

This is a great library. The librarians and staff are approachable and helpful. I agree with others that the seating could be cozier, but all of the chairs are in good shape.

I value the Montrose library and appreciate their efforts to create a safe and inclusive environment for all patrons. I appreciate their efforts to stand up for the First Amendment and not to censure materials that some in our community find culturally inappropriate. We must learn from history.

Fantastic public library supporting local intelligence. Beautiful children's center and vast selection of great books and technology. Staff is extremely supportive of the community, hosting great events and providing access to knowledge for those less fortunate. The community needs to step up and help with funding to expand their hours! A Library is not a luxury, but a necessity of life!

We have an excellent library and a wonderful staff in Montrose. Whatever we lack, they can usually import from other libraries. The library is clean, inviting, and filled with learning opportunities. It provides info about activities in our town.

I do not appreciate the woke, liberal direction of our local library. I have experienced a lack of respect there for parental authority. I have not taken my kids there in a few years as a result. I respect all people and their PERSONAL lifestyle choices, but this is a public library and I do not appreciate material and programs that defile a child’s innocence.

Excellent staff, so helpful! I love this library even though the inside is a little dated and yes it could use a bit more techie stuff but I'm just thankful to have it here and grateful for the wonderful attitudes of the staff, they are definitely good examples of what "work ethics" are, which is something rare these days.
