Lovely hotel with great amenities. Room was huge and bed very comfortable, loved our little balcony overlooking pike's peak. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Loved the free breakfast, and the coffee was excellent! Staff is kind and helpful and the hotel is very clean and well secured, feels very safe. Only downside of our stay was the gym was extremely minimal; only two machines and no free weights, which was disappointing as I wished they had a more robust fitness area. Would definitely stay here again though, this will be my new go to in Manitou Springs!

Rooms are well kept and more than adequate for the price point. The room service staff do a great job tending to the rooms and are very efficient and polite. Breakfast is adequate for what you are paying per night. It’s a filling enough meal to get you going for the day. Pool and hot tub are great and well kept. All staff are polite and informative. This was our third stay here and unfortunately we weren’t able to book a king room because they were all booked so we ended up with a two queen room, only downside was that the beds this time could have been better. They weren’t awful but could have been more comfortable. This hotel is definitely a great value for your money and the location is perfectly centrally located. I would strongly recommend if you want to stay just outside the springs and Old Colorado City

Very clean and neat lobby, the staff was very nice and had a great attitude. I was very happy with the room we got, jacuzzi tub was worth the price. Would definitely stay again 🙂

Tried to stay for a birthday night. They didn't notify us that the hot tub was out of order. Which was the reason we chose that hotel. She didn't seem to care. We canceled before we even stayed. Hoping to get all our money back that they said we would. But since we bought through Expedia we might not. She didn't seem to care

The hotel is in a fairly good location with friendly service. Still have to drive to reach historic Manitou Springs. The hot tub was good, as well as the pool. The complimentary breakfast was average to below average... not a large variety to choose from. The room was adequate. No problems encountered.

Management is dishonest, discriminatory, and highly unprofessional. Property is unsanitary. Security and safety onsite is laughable, there is a door leading to the dumpster can be accessed by anyone walking on the street at any time of day or night which will then allow them access to the entire hotel. Room keys are not secured and anyone may enter your room at any time. Highly advise taking your money elsewhere. I'm sure the owner will respond with a nasty message - this will serve as a reflection of their unprofessionalism. As a former employee who could no longer tolerate the abusive working conditions, reconsider before booking. There are other hotels in the area that would be a cleaner, more comfortable and safer stay.

Just a short stay (1 night) for some R&R, and our visit was wonderful. For the size of the hotel, the pool facilities are big. The breakfast included a waffle bar and eggs, nice touch indeed. There was a staff member present the entire time we were in the breakfast room, so everything stayed stocked and fresh. The room was large, we had a double queen, and there was easily enough space for an additional bed, if we had needed one. The location on the main thoroughfare into Manitou Springs was within a few minutes drive of many of the attractions the Pikes Peak area has to offer. If I have one complaint, it was that the pool was a bit chilly, but the adjacent hot tub was very nice. The facility is beautifully appointed, the large fireplace in the lobby offers a very comfortable, mountain lodge type feeling.

We stayed here for a week. We booked 4 nights and then extended 3 more nights. The rooms were large, clean and nice. We stayed in the two queen beds. The breakfast was ok….. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. All around a very good selection to stay here. We will stay here again when back in area.
