Love this store. Everyone is so helpful. Christmas rush is wild but the entire staff made it such a pleasure and made it feel cozy. Shout out to Riley, who rang me up and was super helpful with helping me pick new products now that charity pot is discontinued.

I went to Lush at Park Meadows this morning. When I first walked in, I was a little overwhelmed. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I wasn't sure how I was going to make it happen. A young woman named Lucia came over and helped me through the store. She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I got everything I wanted and was in and out in 10 minutes. 15, tops.

Thank you again, Lucia! You helped make my holiday season a bit smoother.

I love Lush so much their products are amazing, but unfortunately the service has been very poor the last two times I came in. Both times I came in and I found all the employees talking with eachother, crowding an area of there store, completely ignoring everyone inside. The most recent time I came in, I asked an employee to guide me to an item I saw online and they simply pointed to the area where it should be and went back to talking to another employee. I might have to stick to online or a different location. :/

I was about to walk in and shop and then I see this ridiculous sign. Anti ICE and they believe in no borders. We will not be spending money at all these establishments that are anti-America.

I love LLUSH and have been a longtime customer, shopping at one of their earliest locations in San Francisco. The employees have always been cheerful, professional and helpful. I was a bit shocked when I stopped in here and a male employee wearing a backwards baseball cap came up to me. Seriously? Am I in LUSH, or at a little league park? Show some professionalism, brother. Lose the childish, idiotic backwards baseball cap, for real.

I came in with no idea of what to buy. Chris was phenomenal. He took me through the options within my budget and too the time to take me through every item in the gift pack. During the busiest time of the year, he was kind, patient, and focused on my one transaction. We need more of Chris. 😁

Anna is the sweetest pea I have ever encountered at a Lush Store. My girl deserved a raise. Such attention to detail and very willing to help with any body care/skin care needs. Keep it going girl!
