Spoke to Ace on the phone and he was able to get me an appointment early the next day. I had my 2 small children with me and he was super fast, friendly and pointed me in the direction of the waiting room that was less busy so they could have some room to play. Ace explained everything to me about the recalls and what was fixed on my car. Paperwork was filed promptly & he was great to work with! When you are in the market for a vehicle, the process can seem difficult and overwhelming. I know I was not looking forward to having to go to the dealership.
My day started at the Chevy dealership in Castle Rock where I initially leased by vehicle. I went in with the intent to finance my leased vehicle and instead of helping me, the two young men at the dealership were too busy telling me "why" financing my leased vehicle was a bad idea. The wanted to put me in a brand new Chevy Equinox which I was just not interested in. Finally my husband got annoyed and asked for our keys because we were getting nowhere.
We then drove to Bozarth in Lone Tree and were greeted by Miguel. He did exactly what I was looking for without me having to ask. He went and pulled numbers on 3 different terms with possible interest rates and a down payment between $0 - $5,000. We talked through all my options so that I as the customer could make a decision that was best for me. As we were waiting to begin the financing process, I was told that my vehicle had been "grounded" I had no idea what that meant. Basically the two boneheads in castle rock had indicated that my vehicle had been received at their dealership which was not the case.
Thankfully Erik who helped me in Finance was able to get things corrected so we could proceed as planned.
Long story short, do your homework people and make sure you have a plan when you go to the dealership so that you do not get stuck working with salesmen who have no experience and are only in it for their own personal gain. I was fortunate to have a better experience at Bozarth Chevy and walked away a happy customer.

Huge shoutout to Bozzarth Chevrolet for their outstanding customer service! After hours of searching, they were our last stop—and it was definitely worth it. Miguel really made the difference. Even though it was getting close to closing time, he took his time to understand exactly what I was looking for and showed me a few options. He walked me through every detail and helped me get an amazing deal, ensuring I drove off with my new vehicle that same night. To top it off, he filled the gas tank so I wouldn’t have to stop for fuel, and even went above and beyond by ordering me a rear floor mat to meet my needs. What started off as not the best experience turned into a very great one thank you to their manager, Justin. He was so sweet and gave me a call immediately and did everything in his power to give me the experience I deserved. He even pulled my car into the showroom so I could see it in the light! My salesman was so nice and helpful, although I felt like he was in a hurry to get out of there, I still left so very happy with a car I absolutely love.
