We stayed two nights and were impressed by this newer hotel. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot tub and pool were in great condition. Some of the parking spots are covered (first come first serve). They had some dove products for the shower. They even had international plugs on one of the lamps in case you are coming from another continent without an adapter. The room was very clean, except for some blood stains on the carpet which were gross. I'd recommend cleaning the carpet in room 106 (I'm like 80-90% sure this was the room number).

This hotel is awesome. Very clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Morning breakfast was hot and good. They allowed me late check out ( 1:00 PM )without any issues or extra charges. I was very grateful for the courtesy. I will be staying here again and again. Good job!!!

This hotel put the serve in customer service! We arrived late in the evening and were checked in quickly by a kind staff member. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn fare. But the kicker for us was that my son forgot his blanket, and the desk person was able to find it and hold on to it for a week until we returned on our trip home. Will plan to stay there again when in the area!

I recently spent a night at the Holiday Inn Express, and it turned out to be a delightful stay overall. The highlight was definitely the breakfast the following morning—it exceeded my expectations! There was a wonderful selection of hot and cold items, and everything was fresh and tasty. It was a perfect way to fuel up for the day ahead.

The service was exceptional. David, the manager, truly stood out with his warmth and attentiveness. He made sure we felt welcomed and addressed any questions we had promptly. His dedication to customer service really enhanced our experience.

As for the accommodations, while the room featured two queen beds, I did find them a bit firmer than I prefer. A little more cushioning would have made for a more restful night’s sleep.

In summary, the Holiday Inn Express offered a pleasant stay with fantastic service and a breakfast that truly impressed. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, this hotel is definitely worth a visit—just keep in mind the beds might not be as firm as some might like!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I usually stay at IHG when traveling, and they are good. But this one is above and beyond. Christian at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. The gentleman that walks around during breakfast was informative and friendly. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. The hot tub and pool are a nice addition with lots of windows. This hotel is so close to downtown Manitou Springs. Perfect stay all around!

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The indoor pool was kept at a nice temperature. The breakfast had many choices and was nice. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and allowed us to check in early and check out late so we could get in a little more pool time.

Clean, quiet, and a TERRIFIC staff. What more is there, really?||we stayed here for 2 nights in Jan 2025. The staff were wonderful. Customer service clearly was a focus. The room was impeccably clean. Quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was wonderful and free - a good combination. Good coffee, smiling staff and snow made our trip a perfect one. Thanks IHG.

This was a great get away weekend. I will definitely be staying in these hotel chains again. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after the week of hard work. Yay we loved it here. Repeat customer for sure
