New owner is the opposite of the last! If you had a bad experience (like many) with the older gentleman with the beard the new younger guy that runs it is awesome very helpful, open on time and runs a good store. UPS DROP OFF / FedEx DROP OFF / Amazon DROP OFF (but no QR code) returns atm. No need to go to Sandpoint to drop stuff of now!

Been to this place 3 times, it’s been closed twice (I have to note that it’s 30 minutes from my house)! Extremely unprofessional and not the way to run a business. Bonners Ferry deserves better. I’ll now drive to Sandpoint with my shipping needs.
