As has been mentioned, a lot of artifacts have been packed into this museum - displayed in a was to stimulate the imagination and interest rather than giving you a lot of signs to read. The person at the front desk was full of great stories about the town. The wooden clock collection is great, but I was taken aback by the collection of memorabilia from the local Order of the Knights of Pythias, of which I had never heard.

Staff was very friendly. There is tons of history packed in this little museum! You could spend hours in here with all of the information available. Our kids made it last 30 minutes which is pretty good for 2 year olds.

This is an AMAZING museum! I was blown away by the breadth and depth of artifacts and history. The museum is much larger inside than it looks from the street. The curator is incredibly dedicated and knowledgeable and has done a tremendous job. This museum is a must-see if you ever visit Bonners Ferry!

There is alot of information and loads of things to look at. When I went the staff seemed cold and uninterested.

Like I said there is a lot of info on local history. You just have to read a lot of the placards. The items are also fairly well organized into groups. Start by the front door and work your way around!

Affordable for a family.
