I’m sure their products are great. Everything I bought is their service is terrible. I’ve ordered and waited for installation. The date came and went with nobody showing up and it’s been several days. Talked to several people and still nobody has any answers leaving me hanging.

Went and purchased a tv on the black friday deals and the staff were so friendly and made the purchase process so easy and helped us load everything and we really appreciate it! The only thing I will say is the store has a very foul smell when you walk but everything including the bathroom is clean so I am not sure what it was but it was horrible.

Best buy as a whole is not what it used to be when they had compilation from Circuit City and Radio Shack. They don't usually have what I'm looking for. I guess the lazy people would rather order online than to go into the store. So I am SOL and have to wait for the FedEx man

Went to get a new screen protector for my phone. Paid a ridiculous amount and an extra 8$ to have it put on by a professional just tohave air bubbles on screen! I have never paid to have a screen protector put on. It was always done where I bought it for free!!! Very disappointing
