The customer service at this location is phenomenal. My father, who is 74 years old and tries to avoid shopping like the plague, visited Michaels to buy a Lemax building for my Christmas gift. His phone wasn’t working properly in the store while he was trying to describe the available buildings to me, to ensure he didn’t buy one I already had. The phone call kept dropping (not because of the Michaels building, but just because his Straight Talk phone is dated and faulty). So, I called the Michaels to ask if they could help him while I was on the phone. One of the women who works in the store found him by the Lemax display and described the buildings he liked to me over the phone so I could confirm whether I already had them. Then they helped him box up one of the display buildings and get him all checked out. When we spoke later, my father said the woman was so enthusiastic about helping him - that the exchange was very refreshing. Thank you, sweet woman from Michaels! You turned a frustrating situation for my father into a very pleasant experience. :)

I Have Created So Many Projects courtesy of Michael's arts and crafts. I love the fact that they have weekly coupons! They have great deals and great sales. I'm literally in there weekly! I Love This Store! Plus The Customer Service is ALWAYS so friendly ❤

Very helpful employees, found everything we were looking for, and got a great deal with the online coupon of the week. Store was very clean and organized with plenty of room to get down aisles and look at everything.

I love Michael’s because unlike HL they carry Halloween. Decor and I can go buy it at the end of the season for 90% off! Fall stuff too.

Four stars cuz the cashier was awesome and the lady that walked around asking if we needed help was very thorough. But the processing of the items has almost tripled and there are no price comparable items. The between pricing and the lack of items needed I did not get anything I wanted but did purchase a few other things that were on sale.

They usually have what I need. This time I needed sandwich size picks. They had craft picks. They were perfect. The credit card kiosk wasn't working. I waited patiently but the whole company nationwide had an outage with the credit card kiosk. I came back with cash for my purchase.

Good store. Found yarn for my Mom. Good place to buy arts, crafts, or a gift.
