I had a really great time coming to Ark the other day to purchase my first firearm. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I was intimidated at first to come in, but they really helped me with my indecision and led me to exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been around a few gun stores before with family and friends, and this one by far had the best atmosphere and the friendliest staff. I will be coming here for all my future business and I’m so glad I came across them!

Good selection of everything you could want in the tactical realm. The only thing missing is sporting shotguns but that’s not their market and I’m sure you could still ask about them and get some help. All sorts of ammo, even have some harder to find calibers.

One thing I really like about this store is the staff. They’re all very knowledgeable and if you ask them something they aren’t sure about, they’ll ask another staff member who is more well versed in that subject and get you the answers you need.

What is there to say about Ark other than phenomenal. Inventory? They have it. Knowledgeably staff? Check. If they don’t have it, they will do what they can to get it. Recently became a Staccato dealer. I had been looking online to order but held off due to the time frame for fulfillment. Decided to ask the question on what they had what I was looking for coming in their order. They did not, but immediately jumped on the phone to see if they could add it. Didn’t have to go to those lengths, but they did. Lucky for me, they were able to add it. For that, I am thankful to the team at Ark. Each and every person I have spoken to has ben nothing but friendly and helpful. My first trip in, I had been combing through the internet to find the correct footprint for an optic I had but wasn’t using. They jumped online, looked it up and found me the correct mounting footprint. Again, great full. If you are a new or seasoned hobbyist, Ark should be one of your first stops.
