The best customer service!! I’m so grateful for this place. I stopped in on my way out of town, in desperation, to have my little Merlin’s busted string replaced and (hopefully) acquire some knowledge about tuning and stringing - the basics. I bought my instrument without any knowledge, just looking for a new creative outlet and hobby. I was well taken care of here! I received a new string, installed properly, and an in-depth lesson on how-to replace a string and tune. I left feeling confident that I can handle the 101 process like a pro. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I’ll definitely be back. Looking forward to my next experience in Rhema.

Waited for almost an hour outside the shop no one was there He kept saying it's gonna take longer There was a note on the front door saying if you need service call this number So I did and I had to wait even longer he had no secondary employee holding down the shop while he was gone on errand's
