Had some issues with a revolver not closing and decided to take it to ignus, TJ managed to fix it in less than 5 minutes and did so free of charge due to the simplicity. I had seen some negative reviews before coming down, but still came on account of recommendation from Jerry's outdoor sports. I definitely was not disappointed and can assure you any negative reviews are from individuals who are unhappy and complain for the sake of complaing. Excellent service.

Horrible place!! DO NOT USE this company for any gun services! Had them hold some guns and then once they had them the price went WAY UP or they wouldn't give the guns back. Bait and switch!!!! They are scam artists. Avoid at all costs!! Guns came back covered in dirt. Bait and switch me on the cost just to get my guns back with dirt all over them. 👍Yep, Quality service right there! And they kept all of my ammo imcluding what was in a box. Scammers and theifs!!!!!!!!

I had an old Savage 110E that needed some help. The scope and barrel were too short for me, so I had TJ replace both. He took care to set the head space, and got the scope leveled properly. The charges for services are reasonable here, and the work is good.

Professional and personable. The epitome of "small business" with big hearts. They took care of my grandfathers vintage rifle with care and speed. They treated my inquires with respect and gave me a fair assessment and treatment.

TJ and Courtney did a fantastic job on my sons rifle. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and got it back to me extremely quick. I highly recommend for gunsmith service.
