The staff was great. Everyone was friendly. Jeff Gold was very helpful in making me feel comfortable during the eye exam, which I usually find to be very unpleasant. This was my first eye exam that I genuinely enjoyed. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had to return to the store to have my pupillary distance measured. I hoped to have everything needed to order glasses online in one visit. Thanks again to Dr. Gold for easing my nerves and being patient with me, as I can be quite awkward during nerve wracking eye exams.

Dr. Schulz was amazing. Smiling and knowledgeable.

The tech that performed pre-exam diagnostics was very kind and unfortunately the only one there. I had a 9:30 appt. I finally got back at 10:15. There was a room full of people waiting.

The front house staff experience was terrible. The woman that helped me was so irritated with all of my questions and said she was sick. She was not wearing a mask and coughing. She had trouble with my insurance, saying they only covered the exam. This was not true and she was unhappy to have to confirm that glasses and contacts were covered.

I usually have a pretty good experience there and loved when they did same day pick up but that’s no longer an option.

I’m not sure I will return again. I ordered contacts for the first time and needed explanations and help understanding the process. Unfortunately the only person that could do that was in a bad mood. I asked her to write down the costs of her quotes. She gave me a sticky note with a list of unidentified numbers. It was useless. I was unable to order glasses because they were outrageously priced and a discount wouldn’t apply until I purchased the contacts. But first they had to order them and I had to try them out. It would have been almost 2 months before I could get a pair of glasses.

I ended up taking my prescription and buying 2 pair online for less than half the cost of one pair there. I couldn’t wait. My others had broken.

The staff is kind, caring and knowledgeable. They made me feel heard. I have had several brain bleeds that caused damage to my vision. They were able to address my needs and concerns. My only complaint is that it would be nice to have an idea of how long the appointment would take prior to it. There are many tests involved. That being said it was time well spent!

They were super friendly here! The staff was very helpful and my eye doctor was awesome. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and they also excepted vsp which wasn’t expected at another eye doctor I went to.

The staff and the doctor were nice however I am not happy with the results of my contacts. My glasses are sharper vision for me and now I have more blurriness with contacts. I don’t believe that how it should be . I bought a six month supply so I thought I was stuck with it, but I’d like to get this corrected because I am not happy with the vision I have

Went to get my daughter’s glasses as I just got a text at 3:40pm. Doors locked at 3:50. They supposedly close early. Also charged me for a contact fitting when they didn’t have the new contacts he prescribed. Contacted VSP. Shoddy business practices. Lost a customer. Go to ABBA. Much better service.

they do not honor all of the full benefits that Medicaid offers for children. Literally referred me to ABA eyecare to get the lenses covered the way they should be but still wanted me to buy frames from them. I declined and left spent $189.and left with pieces of paper.
