Greetings! Professional with consistent expertise, was remained my continued experience with the team of employees working at Office Depot Texarkana, Texas. From the store Director Samuel Salomon and Regional leadership, each of the team members Alisa, Levi, Laura and Octavia are product and technically effective with all request. Detailed Customer Client Care service. Over a five year period I have appreciated the welcome and atmosphere at Office Depot Texarkana. Not to mention the tremendous job that Lauren accomplished with graphic design improvements that caused the outcome of the signs, posters, and hand-bill prints to be produced in full color and cut to precision. Each work order was accomplished before the scheduled timeframe. Each team member was knowledgeable about every aspect of my work request, I maintained every confidence in the outcome.

Excellent Customer Care and Service is LOST in a lot of businesses but the Office Depot Team made my day-week-month-year!!!!

Thank you Store General Manager Samuel for going beyond and above to surpass efficiency to extraordinary!!!

I needed a program printed. One side Color and the other side black and white. The copy center did a great job. Holly quickly helped me get my ordered entered and the delivery time was faster than I expected. I am going back there the next time I need copies.

They should fix the power outage problem, second time that happen while in store. Today it happen mid purchase and I was late for work waiting 20 min for the system to come up.

I went here to print and fax some things. I went up to an employee and told her what I wanted. She told me to just go read the sign over there in a condescending way. I don't really fax or print, which is easy, but I have to deal with my 2 phones personal and work to get two documents together. I did all that, but I had a question about being able to send two faxes together instead of separate just in case they get mixed up on the other side. I went up to the counter and was looked at a few times and blatantly ignored and walked right past. I decided to just send them separately. The lady never came up. I noticed when I came in another guy was pretty upset with her as well because of attitude. To be honest I was looking office max because you can just email them, and they just do everything. It's like Walmart. You buy stuff and check yourself out. The last time I checked I wasn't an employee, but it's okay. It looked like 3 people were running the whole store, so they're just overwhelmed. All I would say is just greet people with a smile and acknowledge folks like they're not an inconvenience and have Value. I guess $5 dollars to print two sheets of paper and fax them was worth it.

This Office Depot might as well not be here. The print department is soooo slow fulfilling orders and they’re never even busy. Miss my hometown store. They always had a crowd of people but would have your orders ready in no time
