I lived up here 36 years ago and come up every now and then to visit. This is the first time I dropped by the new library. Wow! What a wonderful thing to do with the space where part of the old middle school was.

A lovely building design and a great circulation of books. The views are just sensational from well placed windows. It's almost looks a Pikes Peak observatory.

I was able to rent books even though I now live in the Springs. What a great excuse to come back in 3 weeks. The customer service was excellent; friendly, fast, informative and understanding.
It made my visit into a really nice day.

I’ve been to many libraries in the different places I’ve lived and I’d have to say that this is one of the nicest. The librarians are always very helpful, there’s a great selection of books (and movies!), and if what you want isn’t there, it doesn’t take long to get a copy from another library sent over. I love all of the different groups and activities they have going all the time. One of my favorite places to spend time in Woodland Park!

Beautiful library with very nice employees.
Although I am unable to get a regular library card because I am not a resident, I can still use it, check out materials and reserve a quiet room for studying.
Awesome!

Library etiquette does not exist at this library. Loud talking on all floors! The quiet room is supposed to be quiet and at times is not. The building is beautiful and looks to be well stocked. However extremely difficult to get work and exams done when everyone is talking at a bar like level!!!

The Librarians are incredibly generous and helpful. I thank them all for going above and beyond to aid my study on terminology for a pending job role. I was even trusted with a book from the reference section that I will protect with my life until it's prompt return.

I can't compliment the staff enough. Recently I have been using the computers there to visit a friend in jail. I have some comprehension problems navigating the software. Felix and Belvia have been an amazing help. And everyone at the main desk. It's becoming somewhat rare these days to find people who actually enjoy helping others. My thanks to you.

The Taj Mahal of small town libraries.
Great selection, great customer service and the view from the second floor is mind-blowing - we get a lot of our DVDs there as well.

Go up
