Every single time I walk into this store, I always receive fantastic customer service and I always find something of interest. And if I have a question, I don’t even need to ask as a sales associate usually approaches me virtually immediately. I’ve been a longtime fan of the brand in general; however, it is because of small stores like this one that I appreciate the brand even more so today. They have original, unique items that cater to the brand itself that you can’t find anywhere else including: keepsake ornaments (my personal favorite), pillows, vases, mugs, trinkets, candles, wine glasses, soaps, and much more. They even have their own personal branded Spumante. I absolutely love the movies too. I mean, who doesn’t? One thing is certain, I will definitely visit again soon.

Such a fun & beautiful shop! Everything from the cards you expect & the yearly Christmas Ornaments & Great Spingbox Puzzles. We found Snoopy Christmas pajamas to Beautiful Willow Tree figurines. We didn't even make it through the entire store. Just so much fun!

Remember for next year that all Christmas items have to be returned before Christmas. Found that out today the hard way. There are other places to buy Christmas items that don’t have such strict rules. Last time to this store.

I went in today with an issue on one of my ornaments. Britney (not sure of spelling) was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get my issue resolved. I'm incredibly grateful for her assistance and hope she is recognized for her amazing customer service.

The manager is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers in a decent way. Very unprofessional. Beyond shocked that they would have someone who speaks that way to their customers and that unprofessional in charge of anything.
