This was a nice refreshing experience. This is one of the top hotels on my list. The front desk staff was excellent. John, the manager was very professional and had the utmost class that a manager should have. But hard to find. The hotel is very very clean. Very well laid out floor plan. The rooms are good size, spotless and quiet! Great hotel and family friendly, don't pass on this gem!

Was awesome, great rooms, very clean. The breakfast was the best part!, room safety was a little sketchy the lock on the window had to be replaced and the screen was cut! On top of it the fan for the bathroom wasn’t working and would make the smoke alarm go offf! But they really tried and I appreciated it! Love it will go back sometime.

Have been to this particular hotel 6 different times. This last time and time before was the worst experience I've had so far. First thing is there under major construction and when you walk off the elevator the smell was horrible and it burned your eyes, I had three kids with me. So was not happy. Then I accidently had a pen explode on there bedding and they kept my deposit, the manager is a real piece of work also. My room had a broken lock to the bathroom very non provate feeling. The sliding door between the living room and the bedroom was broken. Which when on vacation with your boyfriend and three young kids, doesn't make for privacy at all. Both times I had to get the playpen for my youngest by myself up to my room,on the second floor and third floor two different trips. no offer to bring it to my room for me, had to take up my stuff then come all the way down to pick a playpen sitting ready for me to carry up to my room. After I requested it to be in my room upon check in. The hot tub has been closed for two years now. Never once has it been open since Ive gone there. The pool this last time was warm but had been very cold all other times. Staff was not very helpful when asked questions. The breakfast on Saturday morning is the best, but everyday I've been there the breakfast has been fantastic. The best things at that hotel is the breakfast! Overall for the last three years I've gone there for my birthday, not once have they done anything extra except charge me for an upgrade. They offer later checkout and early check in , however deny it Everytime you request it even if you are going to pay for it. I believe I am done with this hotel for any future mini vacay's. Thanks

Hotel had a clean room, friendly desk staff, carpets were being replaced in hallways of first floor. Pool was great, breakfast with hot foods, terrific!. Hot tubwas not functioning. Price was good for us. Would do it again if in Denver .,.........

We are Wyndham rewards members and usually stay at LaQuinta properties. During a weekend visit in June, we tried this hotel and were truly impressed. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues with our room or reservation. The staff at the desk were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety every morning of our stay and ample seating in the dining area. The staff in the breakfast area went above and beyond with replenishing items and keeping the coffee area stocked; and they did it all with a smile. We did not use the pool during our stay. The location is close to the I25 for convenience and tucked far enough off the main road that you aren't dealing with traffic. The location is safe, and we felt safe during the entirety of our stay. Since we were traveling with our son, we were also very pleased to not have to smell any 420 odors within the hotel or the general area outside the hotel. This was truly a pleasant stay for our family and the Wingate will now be our go-to hotel when we are in the area.

I had 4 criteria for my trip to Denver with my family: less than $100/night, free parking, Continental breakfast, and a pool. At right at 20 minutes out from Denver, this hotel met each of those requirements. The room was dated, but clean. All employees were nice, and my kids loved the treats the set out during the day. Breakfast was tasty. Hottub is out of order, but the pool was perfect for two kids to play in.

The rooms were decent, but my experience was ruined by several issues. There was a homeless person sleeping in the lobby and another one in the gym, making it feel unsafe to use the facilities. The person in the gym was eating, using all the equipment, and the area didn’t smell pleasant. I had to leave when the tattooed homeless guy took his shirt off, it felt totally unsafe. To make matters worse, the internet didn’t work at all during my stay, and the front desk seemed indifferent when I mentioned it. Overall, not the best experience.
