Exceptional customer service. Extremely sweet owner and staff!

I ordered a gift set from Willow Papery. This gift set contains 5 candles in tiny glass jars with glass lid. They all arrived safe and sound, and carefully (very carefully) and thoughtfully wrapped. I am very detail oriented and this is the first time I feel like I could not have done a better job myself.

Throughout the process the owner and the staff are really awesome. They gave me shipping updates with photos and tracking number promptly.

I need to mention that I ordered the same gift set from ANOTHER retailer a couple weeks before. The set was damaged in transit because they did not wrap it up well enough. I opened the box and the candles were cracked with shards of glass everywhere.

This set is rare and I was glad I found another set at Willow Papery. I was so worried the new set will be damaged in transit again so I talked to Melissa who was so patient. She listened and wrapped up my order so well it arrive in perfect condition. I will visit you guys if I ever end up in Idaho!

Truly a hidden gem. The vast assortment of charming and quality gift items alone captivated my attention immediately. You can find anything to meet your gifting needs, from meaningfully compassionate to amusing tongue-in-cheek items. The owner is a delight and I can always count on her for insightful inspirations and suggestions. I am also a lover of stationary so Willow Papery is my definite go-to for that as well as cards, paper stock and invitations, and the customizable options are beautifully and skillfully done. Whether shopping on-line or in person it is a delightful experience every time.
(P.S. - It’s also a great place to find incredibly unique and fabulous stocking stuffers or gift bag items as well.)

This store is the best! It’s very accessible and easy to get to! The store is so simple and yet has a very intricate and compelling theme and look! The service is out of this world. The mangers are there to help and though the store doesn’t have a huge staff they are still able to talk to you and personally help with every purchase! I highly recommend this little papery to any one in town! Love it and will never not go anytime I’m in Ketchum!!
