Comforted to find community in Wildfire Magazine.

It has been amazing to find such a well developed and thoughtful offering to the cancer community. The stories are incredibly moving and uplifting. Hearing such an array of viewpoints puts my own experiences at ease. Thank you April for giving a voice to so many and showing us all resilience and beauty in adversity. xo

This magazine and the work April does is such a gift to the breast cancer community! I've joined her for a few pop-up writing sessions, and I've had a subscription to the magazine for a couple years now. The magazine is always beautiful, the stories are raw and so relatable, it's a beautiful way to share your story and to be met with such support! The writing sessions have also always been a pleasure to attend, and I've gotten some great writing prompts from them!

I just love what April has created for women to express their breast cancer experience in a positive way (through writing). Being a SPARKLING SURVIVOR myself, I know we all are in need to heal body, mind, and soul. Writing is one way to do this. Highly recommend!!

I have been a fan of Wildfire Magazine since it's I discovered it in early 2019. I was able to start participating in the virtual writing workshops in early 2020 as we entered the pandemic and never knew that I could not only find healing through writing but also create incredible bonds with people around the world because of a shared experience and the power of our stories. The world of Wildfire created by April Stearns is an invaluable gift to the young breast cancer community. I'm so proud to not only benefit from all of their offerings - free or paid (hello podcast and free pop up workshops?!) - but support this business as well as a proud underwriter for the magazine and recently a guest editor on the Cancer Culture issue. Basically if it's something Wildfire does I'm like here take all of my money because the value I receive (and that for the breast cancer community at large) is actually priceless!

Wildfire Magazine is a go-to resource for those diagnosed with breast cancer on the younger side. Through the magazine's poignant stories by those affected by breast cancer, a community of those affected by the disease create a powerful collective voice. And the magazine is the most beautiful one I've ever seen. Magnificent.

I have been a fan of Wildfire Magazine since I discover it after my breast cancer treatment. This magazine (print or digital) has created such an amazing and supportive community for anyone diagnosed with breast cancer. I highly recommend WILDFIRE for those who are younger side since they are frequently left out of the conversation.

Wildfire has been an incredible resource for feeling heard. I’ve had the opportunity to complete and share my own writing as well as read other’s stories that resonate and make me feel less alone. I even had my first ever poem published!
