Very happy customer here. I've been at war with squirrels for months. No matter what anti-squirrel feeders and other obstacles I put up, they found a way around them to raid the bird feeders and keep the birds away. I finally came to WBU and bought their pole system. Fifteen minutes after it was installed, birds were flocking to the feeders, with the squirrels looking on helplessly!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Good products + service. What more could you want?

WBU makes my heart sing!

This store has been my haven since I moved to Fort Collins two years ago. My first visit was to purchase a new feeder and birdseed, and the incredibly kind staff not only recommended the perfect seed but also provided a list of local spots she thought I'd enjoy. I've since spent entire paychecks at this store (no regrets) and made it my go-to for all holiday and birthday gifts – they truly have something for everyone!

Recently, as I'm downsizing and preparing for a move, I was saddened by the thought of leaving my bird feeders behind. To my delight, I discovered that WBU would take and refurbish my feeders. The store, its staff, and its mission have brought me immense joy these past two years. It feels wonderful to give back my feeders, knowing they'll bring joy to someone else!

Have shopped at WBU (with Daily Savings Card) since I lived in Williamsburg, VA. Now I live in rural SE Colorado and was lucky enough to find a WBU that ships 20 lb. bags. I dropped my 5 star rating to 3 stars because WBU has chosen to stop rural shoppers from enjoying their specials. All the ads I now get for specials say "Valid in-store only"! I no longer need to receive WBU mailings or emails because I am restricted from purchasing items on sale.

Fort Collins is lucky to have such a great store for its birding needs. Lauren and the entire staff are stellar in their knowledge and willingness to help their customers. Great spot for bird supplies!

This was out first time into the store and we were greeted with phenomenal customer service from Tom. We bought a bird feeder and we were recommended the perfect feed for our needs. We are just getting into bird feeding and Tom was very helpful with information on this topic in order to be successful. This is our new place to shop!
