Worst experience ever. Bought a used car from there and not a week of having it, broke down. Tried reaching out to the finance, manager, seller and would never get a call back. “Hard” to reach everyone there apparently. Bought the warranty with vehicle that was modded with coilovers and then warranty cancelled my plan due to “modifications” that the car had preexisting mods when buying the car at the dealership. Dealership did not help at all. Car also had a bad fluid sensor that was not changed, I thought it was just low fluid. Vehicle also had steering wheel column that was damaged. Battery terminals were broken. A Wheel rim was cracked. A year later I had to get rid of the car due to too many mechanical and overall preexisting damages the car had. No one was helpful in dealership.

My daughter and I were traveling through Clarksville and had a mechanical issue with our car. We were able to make it to the dealership at noon and they took the time during the start of their lunch time to diagnose our vehicle. They didn’t have the part in stock, but they were able to locate one about an hour away. They sent someone to go get part and in the mean time, they got the car ready for the part for when it arrived, to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Everyone from the mechanic, service writer and cashier were so helpful and friendly! I highly recommend their service department and staff! Thank you so much!

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever done business with. Bought my car on Saturday called Monday and told them I hated the car and wanted to see if they could put me in something else. I spoke with the floor manager and he said he would call me back and work something out. Surprise no call back. Salesman said he would detail my car and deliver it to me. Got the car back a day later then promised and nothing had been cleaned. On top of that 60 miles till empty in the gas tank. Plus I was promised a second key fob since it only came with one. Still haven’t heard anything on that either. Salesman lied just to make the deal. So drive to Orr in Russellville and get your next car. They will do you right. Whitson Morgan Chevy you are a disgrace to Clarksville and that is not saying too much.

Whitson Morgan of Clarksville was wonderful. They got me in and out in about an hour and at a payment I could afford. My Nissan Rogue was priced fairly and is a beautiful car. Josh and Jason you guys are the best!!! This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a car dealership!

Jason Higgins is the best! I came from out of state in Texas to pick up a truck, he responded great over the phone and we negotiated the right price and I drove up the next morning! It was the SMOOTHEST deal I have done. HE test drove it and said he would buy the truck for himself and his family. Trusting car salesman is tough but Jason is Top notch!!

Working with Brandt Tencleve on the purchase of our Nissan Armada Platinum was an awesome experience. He responded to me super quick even though it was a Sunday night when I reached out. Worked out numbers that we both agreed to over the phone the next morning and even agreed to meet me in-between my home and the dealership. Went above and and beyond, highly recommend!
