Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience. The guys at the desk were great and friendly indeed. BUT, we were not aware that we would have to inflate our tubes. Granted, Boulder Creek was closed due to dangerous waters and we were sent to a different creek. Is that why we had to inflate our own tubes? We had a pick up truck, we should have insisted that they blow up all the tubes. They gave us the portable inflating machine that you plug into your car, but it took FOREVER to blow up three tubes, almost an hour. They told us 2-5 min PER tube. Not only that, we had to walk back to our car, they said about 20 min, but it was more like 30, hauling all our equipment, in hot weather and we were attacked by swarms of mosquitoes. In hindsight, I wished we had brought mosquito repellent - we didn't think it would be an issue. Next time we go tubing, we will make sure to go with a company that will give us inflated tubes, take us to the drop off point, pick us all up at the end and bring us back to our cars.

Found this while searching for a place to rent tubes. They also rent helmets, life vests, water shoes, and so much more. The storefront is a bit confusing but just follow the signs to the door. To pick up the equipment you turn along the alley and they hook you right up . They even tied 3 tubes to our car for us which stayed on through Boulder and Lyons. I like that you have until the following day at 11am to turn in the equipment. They will even let you swap out one of it pops while tubing and give you detailed directions/advice. Super friendly! Will definitely be back.

Josh helped us out . Everyone was nice and professional. Very helpful . Easy to communicate with and definitely kid friendly. Very knowledgeable staff and they stressed to use all safety equipment with tubing rental.(helmet and life jacket . We had our own hikers that were water ready) Thank u for the recommendations as the terrain is real rocky even on the beginner course. U could really hit your head in one of the falls if not careful. Bubba wanted to ride the intermediate. 😂😂😂😂 kids …..

This was a blast!! We stayed in the beginner course . We accessed it at the high school . Fun trip. We rode couple times .

Rented a single inflatable kayak for one day. I missed the afternoon pickup tube, but they accommodated me the morning of my trip. I communicated with them via email, and they were prompt and helpful. Even helped load it in my car. I returned it missing a piece, and they were very understanding - only cost me the cost of the piece ($3). They were very professional, relaxed, and accommodating.

We had a blast! The staff was helpful and honest (they did not recommend for children under 13. We got the kids life jackets. The best way to go was hanging onto their tubes to stay together). Lots of walking with no shuttle, but we had a fun, active, and adventurous day.

This place is awesome! They secured our tubes on the car for us, gave good directions, were very friendly, and we had so much fun! The river is right there, and it is a beautiful area. The tubes were solid even when we went over rocks, etc. They were understanding when we returned the tubes late, and it was overall an amazing experience!!
