Andy gave me amazing service, he was extremely knowledgeable and wasn’t trying to push me into buying “everything on the shelf’s” even when I had know clue what I was doing he was very nice and explained the step by step process in a easy to understand way. I will always now recommend this auto body paint store to people. as 2 different other Idaho natives recommended me to the store before they where Casey auto paint if anyone’s been looking for them! I never do any reviews as you can see from my profile and that says something right there!

Every once in a great while you come across a business whose employees provide customer service that is above and beyond. I had one of those amazing experiences at this shop today. I explained that I am about to paint my first car and needed all the help they would give me. They spent over 2 hours with me, helped make sure I had everything I needed, explained how to use everything, literally wrote me out instructions, gave me pro tips...the works. I walked in nervous and unsure, and while I'm still nervous I walked out confident that I can follow their instructions. Thank you all so much, Biggie and I will definitely be back.

Drove 50 miles twice (two separate projects) because these guys/gal are not only helpful and do what it takes to get you EXACTLY what is needed to finish the project. Show room is super clean. quality of the products I used were 120%better than what I bought from online or an auto parts store . I highly recommend them !!! Good job guys !!! Customer for life!

Staff was amazingly helpful to my Mom looking for a special color that they could not find in the books for the model year of the car. Finally matched it and when we got it fixed you couldn't tell the difference! Great people, great products.
