Hmmm I got a strange package in the mail from this company containing some educational books and a DVD. The books appear to be new, but the packaging looks used. They might want to work on that minor detail. I have never heard of this company, nor did I place any orders on the invoice date that was included with the learning materials. After several attempts to reach someone I was put in contact with the shipping manager who was very nice to work with. She explained where the books came from but I wish they included a note or something so I wasn’t spending time tracking down their origin.
