Weld County Garage GMC Buick

After arriving at 4 other dealerships with not one salesman interested in helping me find or test drive a car on their lot Thank God I pulled into Weld County Garage. I was immediately greeted as I emerged from my truck. Within 2 minutes I was introduced to a salesman, 10 minutes later I was test driving a car! It took exactly 1 hr 8 minutes to finish the financing and place the temp tags on. Unfortunately I live 38 miles away from wcg and came by myself. Not a problem they said!! 2 salesman( 1 in my new car, 1 for the return trip) followed my vehicle all the way to my home delivering the car for free. It made everything so stress free. I am a single 56yo female that was so excited by that old school customer service I didn't think existed anymore. Everyone was so professional and courteous. I know where I'll be buying my next vehicle when the time comes.

I bought my Car this week and wow all I can say is Donavan and Derek (General Manager) did fantastic helping me and my Fiance get our car! We didn’t have the greatest experience with another sales member but Donavan and Derek made up for it and I couldn’t be more happy with my car! I love my car! All I can say is Thank you Both for helping us and not doubting us either! 😊 I recommend going to Donavan, if you’re looking for a great salesperson.

I recently began taking my GMC 1500 Sierra to Weld County Garage for service. I found the service team there to be helpful and consultative. When I wanted to buy a new GMC 1500 for our real estate business, I checked-out WCG and was favorably impressed with pricing, then their sales process and financing proved straightforward, consultative, and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about Weld County Garage and the team over there, with a special mention to Bash in sales and Adam in finance!

08/2024- I had the best experience with getting my new car. We will be buying all our future vehicles from there from now on. My husband and I have been working very hard to rebuild our credit and WCG was the first place we stopped at to look at a new used car. Our credit scores were still not the greatest, but WCG got us in to a beautiful 2021 Chevy Equinox and we could not be happier with our new vehicle and the experience. 12/2024- went back to WCG because my husband's car was not running good and was ready to retire. We had an excellent experience again and we are proud owners of a 2020 Hyundai Palisade. Once again, we recommend WCG to everyone who is in the market for a vehicle.

We bought an Encore Gx from Weld County Garage. They were phenomenal. Ryan Brazil was a great salesman to work with. He was very honest and didn't pressure us into a sale. We were pretty specific with what we wanted and their inventory manager and Ryan went out of their way to get us what we wanted with a dealer trade! If you are in the market for a GMC, Buick, or Hummer, definitely go here!

The worst dealership I’ve ever worked with. They do not care about anything other than selling cars and getting people out. It’s crazy how many people work there and cannot answer phones or return messages. They don’t resolve anything and they avoid calling people back at all costs. The only other time I had a complaint about this dealership was a year or so ago and I left a 1 star review after over a month of not getting a call back on an issue that was their fault. I quickly received a call back after my review and was told they would help resolve my issue if I took down my review and left a 5 star review. I took the review down because I wanted a resolution, but I did not leave them a 5 start review. That’s such a shady business practice. I would recommend anywhere besides Weld County Garage.

Car shopping is probably number 2 on my list of least favorite things to do. However, Donavan made it far less painful. He was incredibly dedicated to making sure I got what fit all of my needs. Not once did I feel pushed towards a car that I didn't want. It took a few weeks, but he ended up getting me the perfect car for my specific needs. Throughout the entire process, he was courteous, thoughtful, attentive, and kept the process light and fun. And I love my new car!!! I will 100% be going back if/when I need a new car, and I will definitely be sending everyone Donovan's way when they need a new car as well.
