The customer service was exceptional like always. Stephanie answered my questions. She put a new string on my violin after I bought the string without asking her too and without charging me. She was full of knowledge of super kind. I'd recommend beginners and experienced musicians to visit. It's a great business.

It is small enough, that it's not too hard to browse everything and find what else you want. A good place to go for your music needs. We found music for the piano. Staff were helpful, also!

I am in this store at least once a month picking up guitar strings, picks, looking around, or just playing the various selection of instruments I don't own myself. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They have a good selection of accessories, as well as repair and replacement parts for many instruments.

They are honest as well. I was looking at a mandolin and could not tell if the wear I was seeing was distressed by design, or use, so I asked if it was used. The salesperson didn't know hut checked in his computer (even though I had not asked him to look further), and he explained that it was in fact used. No matter, I was not in the market to buy it, and I still believe the actual 'wear' was distressed by design of the finish.

If I had any complaint, (and I have none), it would be that the sting instruments on the shelf had a minor set up before hanging them in the store. understandably instruments should be set up custom to the purchasers personal needs, so this is really a non issue. BTW, they provide setup services, instruments service and repair, as well as related electronics repair. Love this place!
