This is to give a shout out to Lexi, sales associate at Warby Parker. Lexi sold me three pair of glasses. I am a Senior Citizen, so buying new glasses is not an easy task. Lexi was very patient, pleasant and understanding.

After my eye exam, I was told I needed to schedule a completely separate one-hour session to “learn” how to use contact lenses before they would release my prescription. While I understand this might be due to liability, the fact that it couldn’t be done during the same appointment felt like an unnecessary hassle. I would’ve gladly paid for a disposable pair of lenses to save myself the extra trip back to the mall.

It’s frustrating that they don’t offer this option upfront or include it as part of the initial visit. Instead, I will have to rearrange my schedule just to accommodate their process. If you’re considering Warby Parker for contacts, be aware that this extra appointment might be required—and it’s far from convenient.

I went into the Warby Parker store in the Park Meadows mall ... I had tried to order glasses online but wanted to be sure of the actual fit and style. The store employees were great ... I was welcomed in the second I entered the store and was immediately assisted with my frame selection. Ryan did everything to be sure that I was getting the proper fit and lenses. He entered my insurance information and I paid with a credit card. My glasses will be delivered to my home in 2 weeks. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for eyewear.

I got my eye exam there last month, which was fine. After I got my glasses, I consulted with a lasik doctor to try to get rid of glasses permanently and he asked for an evaluation from an independent eye doctor before proceeding. I went back to this location and the eye doctor flat out refused to see me. She said she’s not “affiliated” with lasik. I said to the tech that I understood that, but the lasik office just needed an independent evaluation and they aren’t asking for anything but another, updated, exam which I will pay for. She still refused to see me. This entire conversation occurred via a tech that had zero personal hygiene which made the entire exchange even more unpleasant. The doctor was hiding in the back and wouldn’t explain whatever the issue was to me face-to-face. I’m not unreasonable and understand if there are issues with helping within something like this, but no reasonable explanation was given and the entire experience was baffling.

This was my first time at Warby Parker and I loved my experience and I can't wait until my glasses arrive in the mail! Brent was especially helpful with giving me feedback about how different frames and colors looked on my face. We tried maybe a dozen pairs to make sure I LOVED the ones I chose (and I do!) Dr. Watson was also really easy to talk with and very efficient with my exam. I was thoroughly impressed with my visit and I absolutely recommend this location.

Update:
I get compliments on my glasses and I loooove how the light blue color matches my wardrobe. Also love my sunglasses and being able to seeeee on hikes! 🌟
