The free shuttle #33 is wonderful and dependable. The #36 free shuttle,runs from elpaso/ backers through Manitou n back, is ran horribly. Never on time or following a schedule. Schedule in line says be at the stop u are at in 5 minutes but you'll see it running opposite direction in 3 minutes. On line says running for another hour as you wait over an hour for it to never show. If you count on it to get you somewhere you'll most definitely get screwed n be late.

I really can’t say enough about wonderful things about this Free shuttle. The drivers are friendly and helpful. This is an incredible service to everyone. The mini shuttle will stop and offer anyone they see walking a ride to their location.

You have to pay to park here now but that's everything in Manitou these days. The place where you park for rhe shuttle is called Hiawatha gardens. You use a QR code and pay via your phone and license plate.

The shuttle was horrible and useless. We called late morning to verify the shuttle would take us to the cog/incline and even checked what was the closest stop/pick up to us. Went, waited for about 15-20 min for the shuttle to show up only for the driver to tell us they would not be going to the cog/incline. She said when it snows they don't go up there. This was only about an hour after we had called to verify. It wasn't currently snowing and the roads were clear. It had snowed the night before. Now we had to rush back to our hotel and get the car so we could make it to our scheduled cog ride. Our Camry rental car made it just fine and we were rushing. It is not a steep or dangerous road and they are not any real sharp turns or steep drop offs where a shuttle should have to worry. Not sure how a town/shuttle that gets snow EVERY year is so unprepared for it. We were very disappointed in the waste of time, and almost missing our cog ride.

Easy parking, and they had an attendant that helped with the payment process.

Shuttle was a few minutes from downtown with 3 stops before arriving at Pikes Peak Cog Train.

The parking is fine. Paying for parking by text is easy. The "free shuttle" part is a bit oversold. Is it a free shuttle to the Cog Railway? Yes. Is it reliable? Idk generally, but it wasn't the day we were there. It was longer than a 20 minute wait and we ended up leaving, driving and parking at the Cog station. Could of been an off day, but we paid twice.

Kiosks were best for me. Walked to shopping.🙂 bus was available didn't wait. Pay to park hiawatha lot 1.75 hr SHUTTLE is free.
