First time getting glasses and exams done here . The entire experience was great. Really easy to book appointments online, lots of availability where other places were booked out for months, the doctor and everyone else was super friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. Felt very welcoming and not intimidating at all

The staff there was extremely helpful in every way. With all of the questions that I had, along with the doctor being extremely thorough, on going over all my optic care. Thank you all for the clean bill of health. I will most definitely to potentially purchase some eyeglasses. In the near future

The whole time experience was easy and non stressful. The doctor was great as well as everyone else that works there.

Really enjoy the store and the associates that work there. They truly find ways to say "YES" (I should add in reason) to the customer. Really knowledgeable with everything. So friendly.

My first visit to this location was fine. The store is organized and clean, with a lot of frames to choose from. The employees there (with the exception of the doctor I met) seemed bored and ready to go home. I waited for the doctor to see me for at least 20 minutes after my initial testing, without any sort of explanation or anything from anyone. After the doc saw me, I was not instructed on choosing frames or given a little tray to hold them in. As well, I had to initiate the purchase once I was done choosing frames (literally no one asked if I needed help!). Once everything was ready for pickup, I was barely greeted when I came in and once helped, they again did not seem very eager to help me out. Other than these things, my experience went fine and my glasses turned out great for what I needed.

I haven't even had a chance to visit you but I am disappointed I wasn't able to today. Emilia+website+front door hours of operation= need to match. Is a simple concept to do business. If you are closed you are closed but don't make me drive all the way there just to see your Sign at the door that you are closed after Emilia( the answering machine) and the web tells me you are open.

I purchased insurance on my glasses that was good for 1 year. So today I submit my insurance claim, no problem I ask for a temporary pair of contacts to get me through the 14 days I have to wait to get the same prescription strength glasses I just had. But unfortunately they can't give me the same rx strength for temporary contacts until I get a new eye exam. I'm disappointed that this organization would rather their customer go 14 days without being able to see vs giving them a pair of contacts to get them through.
