My 15 year old cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. She does well with her pills, when she'll take them. She's so thin and it's scary. My Vet said perhaps a compounded prescription with a yummy flavor will do the trick to help her. She sent the prescription to Vic's on 12th.
Im so happy with this awesome pharmacy and amazing staff.
From the moment the rep called to give the price quote just yesterday, to the staff that answered all of my questions when I picked up the prescription, I was treated so kindly.
I'm thankful for the quick and excellent service. Pets are family too and Vic's is the ultimate family pharmacy.

I transferred my bio identical prescription to this pharmacy because it was closer. For a family pharmacy they are not friendly. I had problems with side effects, that I did not have at the other compound pharmacy. When I called to get it transferred back due to strange side effects. They never asked me what the problem was and how they could resolve it. She was quite rude and told me because of the prescription.She couldn't send it back. She did not offer any help whatsoever. Vicks, family pharmacy is not very friendly or caring. They also charged me more money to fill it.

I cannot say enough good things about Vic's on 12th Avenue! We switch from a chain pharmacy and have had great success with Vic's crew! They have always been friendly and helpful and always timely with refills! My husband and I just had to switch to a pharmacy close to home due to job change but I would definitely refer to Vic for anyone living on that side of town. Thank you guys!

So yesterday I had a prescription cream transferred to a pharmacy to save me money because I was in a car accident lost my job money is very tight when it got transferred I found out after that the other pharmacy was $15.00 more I asked them please send it back to Vic’s. When I contacted Vic’s he got on the phone said because you transferred it we don’t have a good relationship now. I said look I was an accident someone totaled my car I was fired because I needed my car to work money is very tight I have no money coming in you won’t fill my prescription… he said no. I said that’s crazy Idaho is terrible the medical field here is crazy I’ve never experienced anything like it. Nobody has the empathy like where I am from or the compassion. They don’t care here. So I had to pay $50 instead of $34. Thanks Vic for your terrible customer service I will make sure others know how you treat people!!!! May God help you!!!

Brand new to Idaho and I was so thankful to find a pharmacy like Vic's. Vic is the owner and one of the pharmacists and he helped me personally. No long lines or waiting hours for what I needed. It was a great experience.

I previously transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy because I felt as if I was getting the third degree every time I came here. Never left a review though. Unfortunately Vic's is the closest place I can get my compound medicine and today I was treated worse than I have ever been. I found out from Vic that my account had been flagged because a family member left a poor review. I was shocked and started crying. I had no idea about this review but I guess if someone you are related to leaves a poor review look out because the poor customer service becomes aggressive in nature. I have never left a pharmacy in tears before but I can tell you that Customer Service is not priority here. If it were than my family members concerns would have been addressed and Vic would have tried to regain my family's business. I have only given 1 company a 1 star review previously and I would leave a zero star here if I could. My heart hurts that a company would flag you and treat you poorly because of a family members review.

Love, love, love the experience I get at Vics. After waiting 2+ hours in line at Walgreens for the last time I switched and have never looked back. They know my name when I walk in, have my meds on auto fill, are friendly and give me great customer service EVERY TIME. Vics is a God send.
