Absolutely love this spot. I've stayed a couple times, and each time is so relaxing. The rooms are cute, water is nice and hot, the snacks in the office come in handy before having a hike. There's a lot I could say. The young woman, I want to say her name is Cat, is so helpful. I was arriving after close, and she made sure I got in my room. (Which was great because work and that drive took it out of me lol)
Can't wait to go back. (Which hopefully is soon)

Located on highway 40 between Kremmling and Granby, this motel provides affordable space to spend night if you are traveling via this route. Don't expect anything fancy . You will find rooms clean and with basic amenities. One thing that you should keep in mind that the network coverage for AT&T and T-mobile is very poor, but Verizon has slightly better reception. Motel WiFi was not useful either as the connection was dropping very frequently and was useless for me. I would say the place was good for the price though.

I only needed one night let me check in early they offer free snacks 24/7 and though i didnt need it iy had a queen bed in the main room and a 3nd bedroom with 2 twin beds very clean the hard wood floots were really cold old school wasll heayer very out dated but worked well and very quiet relaxing place! i would recomend it but its kinda of expensive unless you need that much space and all the beds

Stayed with my family in September 2024 and loved it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, there was a nice kitchenette where we cooked dinner and breakfast, we got a great discount on the nearby hot springs, the room was very clean and well stocked, and you can park right next to your door. It has an older feel to it, slightly rustic, maybe like a cabin. There is no AC but we didn’t need it because we were in the mountains, and if you felt hot you could always use the provided window fan. If you want the comforts of a fancy modern hotel, this isn’t the place for you. But if you want the feel of a historic/classic American motel then you will probably like it. Free WiFi, TV, coffee, and snacks available for purchase at the office.

Comfiest bed we've slept on at a motel, and it was so wonderful to be able to open the windows to fresh mtn air! Cabin vibes were so fun, we couldn't hear the neighbors at all, and the hot springs also give you a discount if you're staying at the Ute Motel. We'll be back!

The lighting in the room is really bad and especially the shower needs to have lights installed.

The place is really clean and rustic.

I loved staying at the Ute! The location is amazing and you can walk everywhere in town - including the springs. Dog-friendly, clean, quiet, and cozy. We had everything we needed. Will definitely be back again and again!

The lady who runs it is the sweetest lady and made my family feel welcome. The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable and the box fan was perfect for me because I like a loud fan to sleep. You get more than you pay for with this room and I will stay here again when in the area.
